1. INTRODUCTION Projects are prepared on a regular basis and there are many issues and errors that may occur duringthe process. This study will analyse process of project making, plans and implementations done. Itwill depict situations and strategies for improvement in any mistakes that have been done. 2 A. LESSONS LEARN: FRAMEWORK 2.1 How I planned to gather and document lessons learnt Complete the table below. When I planned to identifyand collect lessons learntWho I planned to involve inthe process of gatheringlessonsHow I planned to documentlessonsThis project requiredplanning, so that properprocess could be created. Idecided to create a plan, inwhich I would be able tolearn about lessons whilepreparing the project. Thiswould enable me to assess myskills and abilities so that Ican improve myself to makebetter projects. The plan that I createdinvolved my subordinates andteam mates, as they wouldhelp me in efficientlycompleting the project. Theywould get an insight of howprojects are made and skillsthat are required, so that theycan too, learn lessons whichwould benefit them in thefuture. I planned to document theselessons by creating adatabase,where in I cansystematically record varioussituations and their outcomes.This will help me in analysingmy areas of strengths andweaknesses, so that I canmake improvements. I realised that the plan was not completely followed, which My subordinates and team-mates did not effectively manage their work, which caused a few delays in the project. Even though a proper plan was created, it was not strictly followed and this caused many issues with The database in which I documented my lessons was successfully done as I was able to systematically record these lessons. I am able to go through it so that I can improve my skills for future purposes. But I am unable to
