• Reflective professional practice is helpful in the reflection of
professional practices which can be further demolished by an
individual in their own words. It can be expressed and depicted in
the ones own words.
• Kinfe Crime team is the multi agency team which coordinate with
individual when any offence is being performed by an individual.
• Kinfe Crime are the criminal who have convicted the crime and in
law the criminal after committing the crime would not be adult
longer.
• The above report includes the reflective report on the basis of
Kinfe Crime .

 The youth justice system in England and Wales consists of
processes and organs which are used to convict, prosecute and
punish the individual under 18 year of age who has committed
criminal offence.
 The major aim of this justice system is to prevent offends done by
young individuals and children's.
 It is the government policy in United Kingdom for promoting work
for preventing offending by the young people.
 About 4.7 million young individual between 10 and 17 in Wales and
England.
 In which the 130,000 had committed an offence dealt by court
where 236,000 are committed by boys and 60,000 are done by
girls.
 The common theft and violence against the individual are 56,000,
monitoring offences are 37,000 and criminal damages are 41,000.

public services, communities and individuals.
 The Kinfe Crime has an adverse effect on the public

or offences which is being rendered by the

agencies plays a major role in the third
sector agencies for preventing and
rehabilitation of Kinfe Crime.
 They can be rehabilitated with the help
of various institutions that can be Youth
Offenders Institutions (YOIs), Securing
Training Centres and Local Authority
secure children's homes (LASCHs).
 The local government plays a major
role in offending the youth from the
crime and reducing the offending in the
London city.

in May, 2013 for reforming
rehabilitation and the probation
services.
 The plan extension is accepted and
the various prohibition are developed
for rehabilitations services for
offenders which have been served as
short term sentence.
 Currently the statutory provision is
not received by government for this
service.

 It has been noted that there are various acts and
policies which have been developed by the London
government for offending the youth.
 This all laws rules and regulation are helpful for the
local service provide and safeguarding the youth from
such offences and providing the 73, of the Crime and
Disorder Act 1998 it was established for detaining and
training the mental disabled offenders under the age
of 18 years.

CONCLUSION
 From the above study it has been concluded that the Kinfe
Crime plays a major role in the public services, communities and
society. Majorly the youth must be safeguarded by the local
government by developing the different plans and must allows the
individual for not performing such serious acts which can be harmful
for them and the society.
 The local government is working very passionately for reducing and
tackling these offences with different rehabilitation centres and
partnerships so that they can let youth for not involving the serious
and criminal offences which can be harmful for their future and thus
they can not perform the ethical and services which must be
rendered by them towards the society.

 Description
 As this task have been stated to have the personal understanding regrading the Knife Crime team which is the
multi agency team which coordinate with individual when any offence is being performed by an
individual. This project have been the interest to make the which helps me increasing the level of
knowledge regrading the different aspects and personal understanding. The projects have been
clearly worked with the teams is perfect manner.
 Feeling
 At the trusteeing of the project have feeling of little bit nervousness as this topic have the level of complexity which is
making be little confuses dealing all the aspect of the topic. As working is the team have been the new experience paying
the proper pressure on my different skills. The team mates have the different manner and all the notes are properly prepared.
 Evaluation
 In the situation I have evaluated as I had accessed that the third agencies plays a major role in the third sector agencies for
preventing and rehabilitation of Knife Crime. They can be rehabilitated with the help of various institutions that can be

have the payed the proper development on the my team and analsitcal decision making skill facing all level of challenges

 Analysis
 I have developed properly skill regarding the team management and presentation skill
but I am lacking in developing the time management skill as the major aspect . There
is the proper level of challenges in having the proper communicating with the team
member. I have the need for the little finishing of the interpersonal skills.
 conclusion
 I have conclude as the this project have development of the personal and
professional development skills. I have the need to make the need for the proper pale to
developed the skill in perfect manner.

 I have the need to develop the action regarding the development of the leadership and
communication skills with taking the proper resources and time management staking
the proper practice.
