Week 1
In the first week, I have learned about the leadership concept and also so I have got to know
about various types of leadership style such as democratic leadership style, participative
leadership style, supportive leadership style and transformational leadership style. All these
leadership styles are prominent and also improve the effectiveness of the leader so from the
session I have received that leader are considered as the most effective role in the organization
so I have a plan to follow some specific influential leaders like Charles Darwin, William
Shakespeare, Sir Isaac Newton so that I can easily follow their leadership approach and adapt
specific leadership style (AlonsoAlmeida, Perramon and BagurFemenias 2017).
Week 2
In this session, various time management techniques are discussed. From the session I have
learned the importance of time and how can I manage my time and completely on a specific
task on a particular time. As per my consideration, it is necessary to manage each and every
activity within a specific time period so that I can effectively accomplish each and every task on
a particular deadline. Through the session, I have blown various types of techniques which are
helpful to improve the effectiveness and increase the time management applicability. There are
various types of techniques are involved which can useful to maintain my time management
such as start tasks early, set limits , give yourself a break, priorities the task, organize the
workplace, news Technology and many other techniques which are useful to improve my time
management.
Week 3
In this week, performance development strategies are discussed by the teacher. With the help of
this session, I have load about various strategies of performance development so that I can
effectively improve my performance development and maintain my future development process

in an appropriate way. Basically, performance development is considered as the continuous
process which can maintain two way conversations in order to identify the current and
developing skills of the individuals. I have a plan to adopt specific performance development
strategies such as online coaching, performance review, feedback system, goal setting and
development of planning. With the help of all these strategies I can effectively improve my
performance development for the future purpose so that I can effectively shape my career.
Week 4
In this session, I have learn about various types of internal and external models which can be
useful to identify the internal and external circumstances of each and every organizations. This
session was all about internal business environmental model in which teacher provided some
awareness about the specific model which is “SWOT Analysis" . This is considered as the most
specific situation model in which I have studied SWOT Analysis of Tesco and also got to know
about the strength and weaknesses this largest retail organization. The main motive of this
analysis is to identify the strength and weaknesses so that any particular organization can
effectively analyze a specific of opportunities in order to overcome their threat. I have a plan to
develop interpersonal skills so that I can effectively improve myself and I also conduct this
analysis on myself so that I can effectively understand about my strength and weaknesses so
that I can get good opportunity.
Week 5
From this session, I have got to you received some knowledge about the external business
environment factors and also so I have generalized that it in which manner external factors
provide impact on the internal and external performance of the organization. In the session, I
have learned about the PESTLE analysis. This analysis is helpful to analyze the impact of
external environmental factor such as political factor, economical factor, social factor,

This week is all about management skills, I have learned about various management skills
which can helpful to improve the overall performance of the individuals. Teacher taught me
about the specific kind of management skills like interpersonal skills, communication skills,
mentoring, planning, problem solving skills, decision making skills and analytical skills. All
these skills are very crucial and also useful to improve the applicability of the students. I have
adopt specific techniques in order to improve this skills like cultivate self awareness, build trust,
better communication, established constant check-in, management training.
Week 7
In this session, I got to understand about the employees engagement concept, it is analyzed that
employee engagement is considered as the most appropriate concept which can useful to
maintain the proper engagement and communication among the employees at the entire
workplace. There are various benefits of employee engagement which can useful to enhance the
overall performance of the organization. In order to enhance my employee engagement skills, I
have plan to learn about some specific techniques like model the core values and also emphasize
the objective, priorities the feedback, Paradise physical and also mental health, co-ordinate the
volunteers.
Week 8
In this session, I have learned about the marketing and promotional techniques which are

mainly adopted by the organizations in order to enhance the marketing and promotional
activities. There is various kind of marketing and promotional techniques are discussed by the
teacher such as social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, search engine
optimization, pay per click and many others. In my opinion, the future in the field of marketing
is very bright and I also want to shape my career in the marketing field. In order to improve
their skill I have a plan to follow a specific blocks and take appropriate online classes so that I
can easily improve my marketing skills and also considered some specific promotional
techniques so that I can in hence the value of product and services of any particular organization
(Bragg and et. al., 2020).
Week 9
In this session, I have perceived some know about the training and development concept.
Training and development is considered as the most appropriate concept which are mainly
adopting why most of the organizations in order to improve the awareness about some specific
job role and also enhance the skills and competencies of their new and existing employees in the
organization. With the help of training and development sessions, manager can effectively in
increase the performance and efficiency of the employees. I have a plan to take online training
sessions from specific exports so that I can easily improve my skills and understand each and
every fact about the situation and any particular job role (Maity, 2019).
Week 10
In this week, I have gained few things about the marketing management and communication
skills techniques. With the help of this session I got to know about some specific things related
with the communication and coordination. These two factors are very important for the
organization because it is mandatory for each and every employee to follow proper
communication channel and maintain proper co-ordination in order to accomplish the task. As
per to improve this skill, I have a plan to improve my communication skills and participate
