INTRODUCTION
The main motive of any organisation is to earn maximum level of profit margin and also
to acquire improved level of brand image among competitors. In order to attain the same, proper
allocation of resources and corrective course of action help establishment to gain competitive
advantage and also to cope up with all sort of current and emerging trend of industry in a better
manner. IN regard of this report, Leon Restaurant has been considered which is one of the
reputed and well established fast food restaurant within UK market. It is founded in the year of
2004 and serve different variety of foods and flavours in a very hygienic and clean manner.
Along with this, the area where it deliver its services are UK, Ireland, Netherland, Norway,
Spain, US. Additionally, the vision of Leon Restaurant is to become the first and best choice for
consumers by keeping healthy as well as hygienic menu. Hence, this study is wholly based on
reflection which means sharing researcher own experience in regard of what they have been
analysed and identified by conducting such report. It involves evaluating the impact of external
as well as internal business environment, analysis of the Porters five force to understand the
competitive force of Leon Restaurant. Finally, examining the operation of restaurant with an aim
of improving overall sales performance in a n effective way.

An understanding of the aspect of business environment plays a significant role in every
form of establishment as it help them to accomplish their pre desired goal or objective in an
efficacious or prompt way. Along with this, the term business environment is a combination of
internal and external environment which directly impact over organisation decision making
procedure and overall profitability ratio. Each of the factors has its own impact or effect on
company's potentiality in achieving its pre determined goal or objective in an amended mode.
Hence, as per my views implication of appropriate models or concepts help company to attain
sustainable growth or development in competitive marketplace. However, the suitable models
which has been regarded for analysing external environment is PESTLE analysis as it is refer to
a strategic management tool that empower and organisation to identify its macro factors like
competitors, consumers, government, suppliers and etc. Moreover, this tool also aid firm to
implement best strategic decision in order to enrich sales volume among competitors. However,
