The journal log will be containing reflection on my learningandskills development in relation to the degree course. As I entered in the classroom for attending the lectures I saw thatsomestudentsarenot sitting on their own seat and Fromtoday'slearning regardingclassroom environment,Ihave decidedthatmy learningandskills developmentismy priority. And behaviour ofotherstudentswill not affect my learning and skills development. they are busy in talking with eachotherandtheyare creatingnuisanceand disturbance in classroom. Ihavefeltverybad afterseeingthe classroom environment.Atthat time faculty is not in the class due to some other work related with degreecourse.And when,teachercame backaftercompleting thework,Itoldthe faculty everything that hashappenedinthe classregardingthe classroom environment.Thereis only one group of 7-8 studentswhoare ignorant.Other students also don't like them because, they are disturbing everyone. Ihavesuggestedthe facultythewaysto handletheignorant students. So that, they properly.Because, goodandpositive environmentis essential for focussing on degree course. First of all, I will not focusmoreonsuch disrespectful behaviour of students and I will dealwiththem patiently.ThenIwill suggestsomeuseful waystoclassroom facultyregardinghow to handle such ignorant studentsandhowto improvetheir behaviour(Best, 2017). beaclassroom management plan(Felini, 2015) . Another way that I will suggest to my faculty is that,theremustbea meetingofthenon- disciplinedstudents onceinaweekwith principal. Afterusingtheabovetwo waysif,thereisno improvementintheir behaviour then, teacher must approach to their parents and shouldarrangemeetingwith them. Consequencesofthe above suggestions may be as follows- Teacher willtakesomestrict actionsregarding ignorantstudents whichwillresultsin improvementinthe behaviour. Byimplementing classroom management plan, discipline among studentswillalso improve. 2
