According to my point of view corporate governance is the process of create balance
between all participants of Marks and Spencer which is necessary to complete all defined task
and objectives in specific period of time. I think that the respective organisation performs various
activities and functions that helps the organisation to engage all stakeholders and employees in
order to enhance organisational performance and profitability. According to research, it is found
that corporate strategies facilitate Marks & Spencer to perform all task in sequential manner in
order to attain all objectives within defined period of time.
In this research assignment I have set specific goals and objectives and distributed them
in different sections. I have formulated different groups and divide them as well as research
work is allotted according to their specialisation. There are proper plan for corporate governance
is being prepared by me that leads whole groups to attain all defined goals in pre-defined
manner. I have gain knowledge about importance and value of corporate governance and
strategies in manage organisation as well as employees in effective manner that the respective
organisation to run efficiently. I have been faced various positive as well as negative feelings that
effective my experience throughout the assignment. Before starting assignment work I have
collected various information and relative data for primary as well as secondary sources that help
in generating most desirable outcomes. There are various methods are used by me such as
questionnaire and sampling that provides most reliable information. I am very exited to start
work with other team member as all work is divided priorly between all members so, everybody
knows about their roles and responsibilities. During the assignment work, there motivational
factors help us to work in same direction to attain all desirable objectives. As there are various
problems are faced by the respective organisation in the process of applying corporate
governance and strategies in organisational functions that enhance the value of respective
organisation within market place. Through effective research I have analysed proper solutions
that facilitates the respective organisation to accomplish all defined goals and objectives in
efficient manner.
