INTRODUCTION
Reflective profile is important to be prepared by an individual in which they can learn
regarding their own experiences in relation to some particular project and get to know regarding
their strengths (Markkanen and et. al., 2020). With the help of appropriate reflective reports own
weaknesses can be tackled by an individual due to which in the aspect of career individual can
grow in effective manner. The present report is reflecting upon project associated with business
communication by using Gibbs model of reflection.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflection model is helpful to take out appropriate judgements which are acquired
over the time. In the terms of learning regarding business communication with the help of Gibbs
reflection model I collaborated all my learning in such a way that I can enhance those skills in
which I am lacking behind. Explanation regarding this model is elaborated as under:
Description: The description is associated with the experience which I got with the project of
business communication. Under this overall experience of my project was extreme as I got
opportunity to understand various concepts of Business communication and their importance to
an individual and the whole organisation in which individual is working. The major outcome of
this project is that I learnt regarding differentiated aspects of business communication and its role
to growth of business.
Feelings: During this assignment I felt happy as I came across so many aspects in relation to
business communication. Throughout the journey I was happy and curious regarding
understanding the concepts of business communication. Besides this during some point within
assignment I felt frustrated as due to challenges I had to put hard efforts.
Evaluation: In the assignment of business communication the major objective is related to
gathering knowledge regarding role and importance of communication within meeting business
objectives. In this aspect I analysed various positive and negative aspects related with business
objectives which may implicate business communication in direct or indirect manner. I and my
team mates contributed within this assignment in effective manner this was the major reason of
succession of this project (Cherkis and Rosciano, 2018). The primal good experience related to
this project is that I understood role of communication within business and its importance in
business succession.

Analysis: This is the step in which details related to situations are analysed in order to examine
the area where things went wrong. In order to understand different situation my critical thinking
helped me to gain differentiated insights. This is the dimension in which I investigated regarding
various situations so that to align my skills in attaining objectives of the project.
Conclusion: During this assignment I learned regarding business communication and its
importance to business. There are various strategies which can be used by businesses in order to
boost internal communication such as defining organisational structure and providing
communication training program. I learnt that these are helpful for an organisation to manage
their growth opportunities and sustainability as well. Besides this I get to know regarding the
method in which various challenges can be dealt which enhanced my strengths and minimised all
my weaknesses.
Action plan: This is the step in which skills are examined which are developed and could be
helpful for managing future tasks in appropriate manner. During this project I worked under a
team which enhanced team building skills in me and for future projects this is helpful for me to
understand regarding my potential. This is going to help me in gaining experience due to which
during future projects I can perform in better way and feel comfortable while performing various
tasks in future.
In this manner I recognised the role and importance of business communication within
business with the help of this project. Besides this I learnt to manage various skills such as
communication skills, team working skills and critical skills.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion this can be concluded that reflective profile is playing
significant role in managing skills and covering weaknesses of an individual in easy manner. By
analysing own capabilities and strength and individual can deal with various tasks and objectives
which are aligned with their career goals. With the help of reflective report an individual can
enhance their skills and minimise threats faced due to weaknesses.
