INTRODUCTION
The research defines the procedure which helps in indenti8fying the information of
specific problem and solution are given on basis of relevant information. The process of
reflection defines to the reviewing of experiences which allows individual to develop skills that
are needed by them in order to get success in future (Cendon, E., 2020). In the reflection report
the Gibbs model is being used for the objective of explaining the entire experience while
completing the research. This report involves Gibbs reflection cycle which helps in reflecting the
skill developed and need to be improve while experiencing research.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs model of reflection cycle
This model provides the structure in the aim of sharing experience of learning. In the year
1988 Gibbs reflection cycle model was established by Graham Gibbs. This model offers
framework in which experience of a person is examined that allows to them to repeat experience
by providing them learning and plan things which went well or not. This is an self-reflection and
management tool which help person to think clearly and systematically about different
experiences which they have give through specific activity. To explore the experience this model
goes through six stages which involves description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and
action plan.
Description- The teacher assigned me the assigment in order to complete the research
which was very important and helping me in getting good marks. My research was on the
topic of “To analyse the impact of changes in inflation, employment and unemployment
over GDP of country” for which I gather the information from several sources. I take the
help of teacher to have guidance in order to complete my work (Gibbs, J.C., 2019). While
working on this report, I found several problems while researching this paper. The other
issue I faced was related to writing style of research as I get confused by collecting
several information. To overcome with this problem, I went to teacher to have guidance
in order to overcome with this problem and took help from friends and other sources.
Feelings- While completing of my work different feeling arise in my mind. As I am not
having much experience of research I got nervous before starting this project and before
that I never conducted any kind of research. While I was performing the research I felt

that I am good in some of skills which I can use them in future for completing my
projects such as communication skill and problem solving skill. With project I also feel
several problems which made me frustrated and feel more pressure. I felt difficulty in
taking decision which created problem for me in completing the project. When I take
help from the teachers the guide and assists me how to handle situation in effective way
for completing the research. Through this I completed my research in effective way
which leads to success and sense of satisfaction was created by contributing my best.
Evaluation- In my experience of research there were several good things which was
experienced by me and help me in completing the research effectively. With this I also
experience some bad things which is related to data collection. The problem were related
to the research method and writing style of research project(Kennedy and et.al., 2018).
To conduct research several methods are there such as survey, questioners and many
more. In writing style in was not familiar how to start topic and in what format it should
be written. From this evaluation I found that this skills needs more development. With
evaluation, teacher helped positively in writing the research paper and improved more of
my communication skills as they offer me good guidance. With this I also take support
from my family and friends who motivated me at the time when I was feeling low in
order to complete the work.
Analysis- The research helped me in making confident person by considering the things
seriously which made me more focus towards work. It was difficult for me to analyse the
data related to research and with different people I communicated for having
unders6tanding of research in effective manner as I was having communication skill
which help me in completing research. When I not having knowledge of research the
thing wont worked well and leads no experience which is developed as issue for me at
time of completing research. For this I analysed to take guidance of teacher in mak
research effective.
Conclusion- From the research report I have learned many different kinds of things as
experience which help me out to develop my skills like research skills, stress
management skills, time management skill, problem solving skills, these skills not only
helps to guide me in experience but also helps me for future period. On the basis of these
skills, I can increase my chances of success (Mantell, A., 2018). This Analysis can be

more positive if I take help from teacher but due to my hesitation, situation become more
complex. There are certain skills which I have to develop in order to handle the situation
in effective manner like research skills. I could also take necessary action for completing
the research and also for presenting in more effective manner.
Action plan- This research helped in lot in my learning and experiencing different
situations. I will work on improvement area where I am lacking skills such as research
skill in order to improve this I will daily make research on several topics from books,
websites. I will improve my writing style by taking classes of writing, guidance from
teachers. Several other skills I will improve by taking various action plan which is going
to help me in conducting research effectively (Stickley, and et.al., 2018).
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is being concluded that reflection is an important tool which
helps in students in allowing structure for sharing the experience and learning while conducting
research. The experience was developed by recalling the situation. For the student it is very
important to developed required skills along with the development of analytical skills that leads
in future growth.
