INTRODUCTION
This report is based on the reflective writings that will be based on the research about the
skills that are required to be a higher education(HE) learner. This is being done to reflect on the
understanding of own skills and knowledge about how to successfully assess the need of being
an HE learner. The main task of the report is to identify the skills required and to describe the
essentials that can be of a significant help in the carrying out of the tasks assigned. Further, a
critical analysis will be done on the own performance that has been demonstrated by identifying
the required HE skills to improve the same.
MAIN BODY
Identifying and describing the HE skills and explaining why these are important:
The higher education is something that is the most important attribute required in a
student and others to enhance the productivity levels. There are various categories of education
sector, and the higher education is the initiation point of every level. The recent studies have
identified that the most number if institutions are occupied with the higher education learning
programmes (Wald. and et.al., 2019). For proper growth of the young generation, it is very
important to complete the higher education that establishes the criteria for further studies and
related degrees. There is a need to understand as to why such courses and studies are important
before opting for them because these can stimulate the students to diversify their activities to
improvise their required skills (Cheng. and Chan. 2019). The main reason is the necessity that
forces one to have and possess these skills to build up themselves with the help of the higher
educations.
There are various skills that are required by a candidate to prosper in their higher
education and further to be granted with the demanded financial stability and management in the
real world. The very first and important skill is of time management, that is required in each
and every step of the education and learning sector. It is because to adapt with the dynamics of
the education sector that make the students efficient in managing their own time. Time
management can even help in the everyday planning of the activities that is required to schedule
the future tasks (FAKAZLI. 2021). The second can be the communication and interaction
skills that continue to put focus and emphasis on improving the ability to expand themselves
towards a vast and an advanced arena of people and their related elements. In this digital era, the
communication skills are ones that can be evaluated easily on the basis of the required
