Introduction
The following is the reflection of my own experiences which I came across at the time of
completing a project. In this reflection different aspects will be covered which are related to the
completion of different project provided to an individual both at the organisational as well as
individual level (Bustinza and et. al., 2019). Here, the discussion will be made about the different
types of analysis, sources of information along with the critical assessment of each of the stage
which are required to complete the project.

• At the time of conducting this group project, I found Data Analysis an important part for the
completion of a project. In the following part, data analysis is an important part with the help
of which it is made possible to analyse the different aspects of data and recommendations is
provided to the readers with some new and useful material that could help them in making
their research to be successful. Along with this, the consideration will also be related to the
effectiveness of use of data analysis which provides the organisation with the way to achieve
their goals and objectives. There are different types of tools and techniques with the help of

There are different types of data analysis and along with this, their uses are also different from each
other. With the help of this consideration, the research will be made more reliable and accurate to the
results and outcomes. The different types of data analysis are text analysis, descriptive analysis,

which will provide the researcher and also the reader with the importance of these different analysis

• At the time of conducting this research, I came to know about the importance, relevance and
uses of different types of data analysis tools and techniques which are important for the
effective completion of project. According to me, the most important analysis is descriptive
analysis in which the data or sample of summarised numerical data as such the mean or
deviation for the regular data is taken into consideration. The use of percentage and
frequency is also important to know as with the help of this, the categorisation of data is
made easier. However, the other type of data analysis are important but their uses are
different and knowing about their relevance and importance, it will be possible for me to
make improvement in the level of efficiency in conducting group projects as well.

• The consideration of different sources of information is another part of a project which is
essential to meet with the needs and requirements of the project. Sources of Information
refers to the process with the help of which the information is collected in order to make it
involved or used in the group projects so that there could be something to be presented to the
readers. The importance of this relevance is also known to me at the time of conducting this
project only. There are two sources of information which are Primary Sources of Data and
Secondary Sources of Data. These are the most important part in any project and knowing
this is also of great significance for the project maker. It impacts upon the successful
completion of the project in either positive or negative way. Primary Sources of data are
those sources which are the first hand collection of data and has not been produced yet. In
other words, it can be said that no other individual has either published this data or presented
in front of others.

• There exist different kind of stages that are followed within this assignment report. These
stages helps me in assuring that all the important elements are covered in a proper manner.
Also, the value and benefits of these stages is related with the project and presentation
formulation which is performed by me. In this case, if the appropriate implementation of
these states is not carried out, it is not possible for the researcher to achieve accurate and
reliable research outcomes, fir instance, selecting and gathering of the information is one of
the main stage in which valuable data is selected by the organization. This selected data is
assessed so that its appropriate use for research project can be carried out.

Identification of the business case for the new strategy
• Business case is states as a formal and written document which is utilised by management of
a company so that a unique featured product can be created in a systematic and advantageous
manner. In accordance with the scenario of Leon's restaurant, concerned firm is going to
introduce a new food product in the market place. This new product is Apricot Smoothie
which have multiple health and skin benefits for the customers. Hence, before introduction of
this new product in the marketplace, manager in the restaurant is required to evaluate and
analyse different aspects like market trends, pricing strategy and other conditions so that high
business advantage can be gained efficiently

• Summary: Leon's restaurant is a UK based fast food restaurant which came into existence in
the year of 2004. This restaurant is operating in UK only and it is founded by John Vincent,
HenryDimbleby and Allegta McEvedy. At present, around 70 workers are working in this
restaurant. Due to their good business performance, this restaurant is considered in top 100
fast track restaurants in Sunday times.

Emigrates, it is important for the manager and management of Leon's restaurant to formulate
different objectives so that all the associated activities and tasks can be performed in an
efficient manner. Main objectives in context with restaurant are stated below:
• To increase the market share of the restaurant by 15% after two years of introducing new
product in market.
• To enhance their total profit margins by 20% in upcoming 1 year.
• These are the main objectives of the conferenced restaurant and accomplishment of
these objectives assure that Leon's restaurant is going to achieve high advantage in the
business market.
