SECTION 1What have you done well and what could you have done better?By analysing my overall experience I was able to categorize in two elements that what Idid well and what not. This will help me in identifying my weakness and improving it. Byapplying Gibbs Model, the following is the analysis. Description: The task was to examine about the impact of the taxation on the businessinnovation. However, the analysis was appropriate and use of several ideas were considered(Cheng and et.al., 2015). My focus was on the overlapping of innovation in the private sector andthe influence of taxation policies to help this concept. I tried to give some information but moredetails could have been added to give clarity and for better presentation.Feelings: This part shed light on the evaluation done and the feedback I received which onlyhighlighted the lack of clear and concise details regarding the subject. There were indicationstowards lack of relevant citations and the quality was mediocre. However, now I understood myweaknesses and would improve in next project.Evaluation: The tutor emphasized on many drawbacks and it involved my poor grammar skillsand complication sentences framing. However, the ideas were in relation to the topic which Ifound it relevant.Conclusions: It involves that proof reading is essential for me to write I simpler sentences andfocus on giving meaningful data and complete information. I always tried to prioritise andremove the hurdles but I must practice religiously.Action: In order to improve, I must take assistance to maintain my descriptive skills by takinghelp from my seniors and to read and improve my grammar. I also try to write in simple andsmaller sentences to give meaningful sentences to the readers and would be able to score betterin the next task.What have you learnt about your research skills?In this I learned about how to search articles and journals on internet and how to analyseit. Also, through this I was able to analyse information and write it in my own words. Thisimproved my IT and communication skills I was able to identify authentic source from wheredata can be taken (Díaz-Rubio and et.al., 2017). Furthermore, I wrote info in critical way byanalysing stats and calculations. Furthermore, I learned that how to make notes and gather info1
