REFLECTIVE: I have conducted this research individually without any team. Working independently takes more time and needs proper attention. Team work includes discussion, sharing, and segregation of the work which results to consume less time and provides high quality work (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017). The project helped me in understanding the different aspects of the project management. On the other hand, I have got information about stakeholders who are involved in the plan regarding the development of the Marina Beach in Jamestown for increasing the tourist facility. For analyzing and researching the appropriate information concerning the project, I used secondary data collection method. In context to this, I read books, journals, annual tourist report of the Jamestown, articles, previous researches, etc. which are relevant to the present study. This leads to increase my knowledge in the field of stakeholder management, tourist management, risk management, project management and quality management. I have learnt and enhanced different skills while conducting this study. Documentation of this research on the computer by using internet develops and increases my technical skills. Proper research and analysis of the needed information develop research skills which are necessary for conducting any research (Mir & Pinnington, 2014). Along with this, I improved my presentation skills by presenting the information effectively and meaningfully. Apart from this, the project leads to increase my knowledge in the field of budget planning, risk assessment, team building, project planning and progress monitoring. I used books, articles, previous researches, etc for understanding the assessment which worked and helped me completing it effectively. The secondary data instruments helped me in collecting relevant and necessary information regarding the stakeholder management and related areas. On the other hand, I worked without proper planning which results to affect my project. Projectplanninghelpsinaccomplishingtheobjectivesbymeetingalltherequirements effectively (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016). My thinking of accomplishing the objectives of the assessment without any plan did not work and leads to affect it. From the next time, I will create a plan, checklist and maintain a diary for recording all the information. These methods will help me in doing and completing my investigation effectively and on decided time. On the other hand, I used my analytical and strategic thinking along with the knowledge of project management.

Proper information in the respected field assists me in doing my work appropriately. Apart from it, as I has done this project individually so need not to communicate with anybody else. All the decisions with respect to the project management are taken by me. However, I faced some problems in taking decisions regarding selection of stakeholder, communication and political issues, selection of best methods for completing the project effectively, choosing the most appropriate books, articles, etc. I also face issue in finishing the project in given timeframe via limited resources. However, usage of computer, internet and secondary instruments helps me in finishing the project on time. In context to this, completion of the project on time leads to develop time management skills with optimum utilization of the limited resources.
