These factors are social trends, suppliers, owners, activities by government etc (Linder and Williander, 2017). To understand the report analysis the environment of Ryanair company, which is an Irish budget airline that was established in 28 November 1984. The headquarter of the organisation situated in Swords, Dublin, Ireland. The report consist of analysis of PESTLE, SWOT and Porter's 5 Forces. MAIN BODY Business Analysis Tools To analysing the environment of the Ryanair company require to apply business analysis tools that support to understand in different environment how to company respond. These tools are: SWOT Analysis: This analysis apply by every organisation to know inner position of the company and take advantages of competitive environment. There are defined strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the Ryan air company.ï‚·Strength: The main strength of the company provide tickets on low cost all over the airline world. It provides services in different country and with more than 1600 routes across 30 countries in Europe and North Africa. They have 186 airports and management mainly focus on the innovation due to change of nature of short haul flying.ï‚·Weakness: Ryanair earning based on the seasonal so its profit increasing on a strong northern hemisphere summer. The brand of Ryanair has performed poorly in a range of polls, awards and survey(Dyllick and Muff, 2016).ï‚·Opportunity: The main opportunity have company to improved customer service to engage with long time with the organisation where consist of attractive look and feel, designed website. Recently airline launch the business traveller product to improve customerservice.Inwhichincludingchoiceofreservedseats,premiumrows. Additionally, airline order new aircraft to provide different options to customers. ï‚·Threat: Ryanair have strong safety record but due to random suggestions in some sections. The thoughts of the lingers and a major accident could be harmful for the 1
position of Ryanair and analysis the growth plans. Due to increase competition, the price strategy match with the other airline that create huge competition for the Ryanair (SWOT Analysis of Ryanair.2019). PESTLE Analysis: This analysis provide information of external factors that impact the performance of the organisation and understand how to airline face the external factors. Political: The UK government charges the advanced taxes from the from the commercial air line that impact on the revenue of the business. Due to long haul passengers increase tax and also for short haul. So it will impact on the profit of the airline industry and also on the Ryanair with travellers on short hauls opting for trains and buses. Due to Brexit airline industry affect and prepare yourself to get license from the British(Vij and Bedi, 2016). Economical: Due to instability in the fuel price is critical issue for the airline industry. Ryanair is particularly more undependable regarding to fuel prices that arise any time and without fuel airline cannot survive. In the last quarterer 2008. the fuel price was in its hike and losses the $130 million dollar due to paid amount of fuel. Social: Ever passenger wants to safety and Ryanair focus on this when travel for long distance. In case of Ryanair aware for the terrorist attack so for this get boarding pass from the passenger and the income of airline is decreasing. It there is coming any changes in the European union so direct impact on the airline industry. Technological: In present time mostly people prefer to book ticket online and increase development in the technological innovations that applied in the airline industry. Through video conferencing facility to individual (businessmen) so they do not feel the travelling. Ryanair provide advanced technology based facility such as movies during to flights, audio songs and many others (PESTLE Analysis. 2019). Legal: The airline industry follow the all rules and regulations that related of the airline industry and face the issue of airport ownership. Recently, Ryanair face the problem of legal action from the customer to fighting to force of the low cost airline to stand by EU compensation rules. Environmental: In modern time increase awareness regarding to environment so people book tickets after predication of the environment. The UK government also make different policies of environment protection and introduce the EU Emissions. So it is required to airline 2

Due to travelling for short distance and limited time people mainly prefer to use buses and trains to be fast and stress free. However, the cost of the train is non estimated in festive seasons or if make a late ticket of train so customer have the alternative of the Ryanair. Bargaining power of supplier: In the context of the Ryan air have major suppliers such as Boeing, fuel suppliers and Airbus and other board meals. The suppliers have high bargaining power due to hard to replace of existing two main suppliers. The cost of fuel suppliers very high because airline can not survive without fuel. Bargaining power of consumer: Customer in the UK airline industry have more power that increase the competition and reach on high level as a resulted into a push in flight fares. The growth of the cost carriers such as Easy Jet Ryanair based on the long as well as short hauls that provides the alternatives to customer so therefore customer bargaining power is high. After all the analysis of the Ryanair activities through different business tool it is getting that this airline face the problem of fuel price & changing rules of environment and company earn income on seasonal time (Porter five forces Analysis. 2019). 3
Impact of potential strategic solution As per the analysis identify the issues of Ryanair that impact on the performance as well as on income so for this provide appropriate strategic solutions such as: ï‚·Through strategic solution airline conduct their activities and provide services for long time or permanent. ï‚·These solutions helpful to meet the goals and objectives that set by the company for long time. Recommendations There is providing Recommendations to Ryanair regarding the long term and short term business that for long term solutions they provides strategic plan that helpful to achieve vision, goals and objectives and for short term apply the tactical strategy that related with short term activities. Ryanair must aware for the fuel prices that change any time according to that increase fare price. CONCLUSION Business environment affect by the different factors for this require to apply different businesstoolthathelptoanalysistheactualpositionofthecompanyincompetitive environment. PART 2 INTRODUCTION To survive any multinational organisation require to have employability skills that supports to get higher position and increase income level. It is transferable skills that needed by a person to make them employable. Along with require to good technical understanding and set skills that want from employee(Avalos, 2011). MAIN BODY During to my practice week exercise I was focusing on my employability skills where improve my weak points and gain good experience. There are focusing on these skills which is required for me to work any organisation. In my organisation conduct practice week exercise regarding to employability skills. Each staff members take participate in this to improve employability skills to achieve good position. In the practice exercise my mentor, senior and co- workers involve to improve working efficiency. I become head of sales team and feeling motivated in this practice exercise because every responsibility on me and all team members follow guideline properly. On the first week I can focus on my communication skill which is required to speak appropriately at the wide area of people(Bautista, Yau and Wong, 2017). I can learn that during to communication maintain good eye contact, present a varied wordbook and tailor the language of the audience. During to event I was observing that I have many weak points that require to improve to work long time in this organisation. For this I learned many tricks that work in positive manner. To work in a team require to many skills because I have responsibility to whole team and require to guide according to task. During to practice face communication skills with my team members because I hesitate how to guide and talk with my co-workers because I never lead to any team. That time my senior provide suggestion how to guide my team regarding to different task and what they work during to task. To communicate with my team required to confidence level high and must have knowledge of particular task. When I look back on the situation see that I feel positive regarding to my job and increase many skills that required for the employability skills(Chipchase, Johnston and Long, 2012). During to practice exercise many people feel motivated and learn new things that helpful in their job role and effective performance. To develop my skills required to learn ICT skills because many time 7
require to handle technical things that time ICT skills work efficiently. So I can decide to take proper knowledge of computer work that supports to do operate advance technology. In the practice exercise I became leader of team where provide different task and analysis how to we present and analysis our performance by the senior. That time I was working in a team and take help from team members as a result my team work skills improve. In the organisation I never work in a particular team so I face problem to cooperate with each other because ever one has own style to work for the task but here I can learn how to a team work together to achieve aims & objectives in certain period of time. In the team work develop two skills team work and time management because every task set by the mentor for particular period of time and require to complete in particular timeline otherwise cut points. It affect to my morale so I decided to work together and provide responsibility to every one according to efficiency and complete in a time. In the startingI delayed for the task but in second week improve my time management skills that show positive results and achieve all rewards that help to increase my employability skills. I am also focusing on the numeracy skills because in sales field required to know how to different methodology apply to calculate profit and cost of the product and influence to customers for the purchase of products and services easily(Croft and et. al., 2010). After the event I analysis that what went well during to event and what was going well that helps to increase my research skills because for this required to collect feedback from different people and increase my communication skills also. Mostly people happy with the practice exercises because they are learning new things that helpful for their performance which is good for every one. My contribution is good in the practice exercise because I was playing role of the leader of sales team where guide to people regarding to task and influence them to complete their activities in set period of time. So it is beneficial for me that improve my weak points and become star of the practice exercise. My team members also helping to improve my skillseffectivelybecausetheyunderstandmyguidanceandworktogetherwithoutany discrimination and disputes. In 5 weeks I learned many things that applied in the my job role and get good position in my team. In past time if any worst situation face that time my confidence level fall down but in future I will take decisions effectively and complete all the task with full efficiency. Many times I feel the problem in problem solving when my junior come with the problem that time I have not knowledge how to sort out their problem but in present time effectively sort out and provide different alternatives regarding to problem. 5 weeks exercise 8

For this purpose I was taken practice exercise from week 1 to 5 that helpful me and increase my many skills that my weak points.
