INTRODUCTION The development of objective is one of the most important for the development of the individual because it provides direction to the individual. It is very importantfor the individual that they have clear goals and objectives in their life so that it becomes easy for them to to achieve the success in the market( Woo, Uysal and Kwon, 2018). The goals and objectives of the organisation are one of the most important aspect of their life because they have develop different types of opportunities in the market. The development of the personality is one of the important measure of Individual life which can only be possible on the basis of clear goals and objectives in the organisation. This repor6t is based on the development of three types of goals for the Individual such as academic goal, employability goalsand well-being goals . The clear development of these goals are stated on this report. TASK Academic goals Academic goals refers to those goals of the individual which is developed by them to becomes success in their academic career. It is very important for me that I have set on clear academic goal in my life which helps me to improve my learning and development process of my life. There are several types of graduation degrees are present in the market and I peruse to conduct bachelor inbusiness administration(Junnarkar, Sahni and Gill,2021). It is very important for me that I have developed different types of skills in my personalitybecause of importance in professional career. It is one of the most important aspect of the life which require modern solution if I want to grab the success in my academic as well as in my professional career. The brief discussion related to the skills whichI want to develop in my personality are given below: Presentation skills It refers to those skills of the individual which is used by them to present their work and idea in front of the others . It is one of the most important skill which is very important to be present in the personality of the individual and I want to develop these skills in 3 months. It is very important forme that I have develop effective and creativity in my personality which can be used by me to present me projects in front of my teachers and students in the organisation.
The effective presentation skills not only helps me .in my academic career but it also helps me to becomes success in my professional career. Critical thinking skills It is related to those skills of the individual which helps them to understand and analyse the situation from different aspects of the life. It is very essential for me to develop these skill in 4 months so that I becomes able to pass in the examination. These skills helps me to develop effective judgement and learning about different topic of the syllabus. It is required for me that I have used different types of journal and also the number of books so that the number of skills can be developed in my personality. Academic writing skills It is one of the most important skills which should be present in my personality so that I can achieve success to pass in the college. It refers to those skill which enables the individual to write effective matter in their papers and class. It is very important for me that I have develop these skills in 6 months so that the goals and objectives can be achieved. It is important for me that I have practise of writing and read different type of books so that these skills can be developed in my life. Business report writing It refers to those skill of mine which is used by me to write different types business and formal report in my professional as well as my academic career. The business report required effective and formal writing skills in the individual(Jorre de St Jorre and Oliver, 2018).It is very helpful for me that I have develop these skills because it enables me to write the report in an effective manner. The number of chances of success are increased by large number if I have developed these skills in me. Time management skills It is related to those skills of the individual whichhelps them to complete all the activities ofdaily on time. It is very important for me that I have developed effective time management skills in my personality which helps me to provide considerable time to my personal as well as to my academic life. Time management skills are very helpful in my professional career because it develop effective type of professional integrity in my personality so that I becomes successful in my life.

There are different type of computer software are present in the marker such as Microsoft word, excel, power point and many. It is very important for me that I have these skills in my personality so that I can able to perform best in the organisation(Flores, Xu and Lu, 2020). The knowledge of these software helps me to conduct my work in the company in effective manner. I want to develop these skills in my personality in 9 months which is a considerable time to develop these types of skills. Leadership skills Leadership is a quality of a person which helps them to influence the will and behaviour of the employees towards the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. It is very important for me that I have developed these skills in my personality so that I becomes successful in my life. The leadership can be developed by proper training and development as it is not birth based skill of the Individual it is important for me that I have to join different types of training so that the leadership skills can be developed in my personality. Problem solving skills Thee are new and dynamic problems are arises in the organisation which is required to be solved by the managers. The managers of the organisation has to developed effective problem solving skills in my personality so that it becomes easy for those managers to deal with these issues in the organisation. It is very important for me that I have developed leadership skills in my personality so that it becomes important for me to develop effective skills in my personality. Team development skills
Team development skills are one of the most important aspect for the success of the organisation. It is very important for me that I have developed these skills so that I can able to develop effective skills in my personality so that I am able to develop effective team in the organisation. There are different types of projects and tasks are present in the organisation which requires work of effective team to be complete the task of the organisation. It is very important for me that I have understand the concept of Tuck man theory of Team development effectively so that I become successful to develop effective team in the organisation. Interview skills Interview skills is relates to those skill of the individual which is helpful for them to crack different types of skills it is very important for me that I have developed these skills in my personality so that I become able to crack the interview of Multinational organisation and also becomes able to make my lifestyle effective in the market(Clarke, 2018). There are different type of skills has to developed by the individual if they want to make them more competitive in any interview of the job. Well-being goals It is related to those goal of the individual under which the individual has developed some personal goals which promotes their health. Health is the most important and valuable aspect of my life which has great role in the life. There are different type of problems and workloads are present in the organisation which develop stress and anxiety in me. These conditions has negative impact on my health and becomes insufficient for me to develop these skills in my personality. It is very important for me that I have developed effective well being measure in my personality so that it becomes easy for me to promote my health. Motivation is one of the most important aspect which can solve this problem in the organisation. Motivation is related to those process which stimulate the behaviour and attitude of the employees towards the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. Motivation plays a important role in the development of the organisation because it enables the employees to become more competitive and productive in the market(Baik, Larcombe and Brooker, 2019). There are number of needs and desires are present in the employees which the managers has to analyse and fulfil in the organisation which has great efforts in the market. Maslow need hierarchy theory is one of the most important and valuable concept of the organisation which is used by the managers of the organisation to motivate their employees. It is
very important for the managers of the organisation to understand the concept of motivation in the organisation. There are differenttypes of needs are mentioned in this model of motivation which is required to be fulfilled by the managers. The need are psychological needs, safety need, esteem needs and many more. All these needs are very helpful for the managers that the analyse these needs and fulfil them so. CONCLUSION It is concluded from this report that the development of goals for life are one of the critical function which requires focus from the individual. There are three types of goals are concluded in this report such as academic goals, employability goals and well being goals. It is very important for the individual that they execute these goals effectively in the organisation.
