INTRODUCTION There are number of issue arises when activities are planned, organised and performed by individual and also it involve reflective factor. Report emphasizes on number of problems that arises in Tesco’s business and it also explains action plan related to it so that it can be overcome on time. It focuses on improving work of company by taking help of action plans and strategy followed and hence organisation able to achieve higher goals on time and with speed. MAIN BODY 1.Discussion of the report There are three types of issue that are explained in the report namely apprentice, presentation and T-shirt which as well as explain way in which it impact on organisation business (Cottrell, 2017). It helps individual in understanding different types of knowledge as well as skills required in changing business and hence work accordingly and on time. Reflective also help in understanding sharing personal experience and skill developed from it. 2. Reflective writing in each challenges including the skills gained Apprentice challenge Team work plays important role in any upcoming challenge that organisation and persona facing for example: pandemic has highly affected business and overcoming of this problem can only be possible with support of all. Transformational leadership can help in dealing this problem but it cannot be implement easily as people have different opinion at work-station. Every person in the organization focuses on individualistic approach which decreases its interaction with other people and hence creates a number of challenges. Diverse work culture has been introduced in the country which can impact on growth of organisation. However, it is dependent individual behaviour to become participative and support growth of organisation (Jordan and Bak, 2016). To make a productive it is needed that everyone respect as well as support each other and share information. Communication skills also important role for example: people with different country have different way of speaking and hence communicating way can be effected by it. However, Proper training and development programs are required needed for such type of skill improved which individual has to develop. Presentation challenge Presentation can be effective if individual is has various types of qualities such as creativity and innovation which make information more attractive and can easily be understand 3
by everyone. There are number of challenges that can be faced by individual in developing such types of qualities for example: presenting everything on allotted time become difficult as topic is vast sometimes. It also depends on person’s communication skills for example person who cannot understand expression of other in non-verbal then it effect on presentation quality. It can be improved by number of ways such as audience attention must be done by creativity and entertaining way so that they remain attentive throughout work. Points should be short and can easily understand by people who are present for presentation and hence individual has to focus on it. Pictorial representation can be highly effective to attract people for the work and hence more and more attractive photograph related to work must be added so that it can catch attention of audience.Itisimportantfor changingbusinessandcultureinglobalizationasmore presentation are require for meeting and gaining confidence of clients. It will important for me to understand and remain update for upcoming changes in technology related to it so that i can share information in effective way to people. T-Shirt Challenge It is important that T-shirt should be made in the way which can attract people and writing number of things on it will decrease its reflection and even people can easily offended from it and hence it must be least in word but more n meaning. It can be possible by using quoted of great people such as Princess Diana words “I don’t go by the rule book; lead from the head not the heart”. It is important that first impression must be attractive so that it can set positive image in front of others. Bright colours must be chosen as most of people like it and hence it improve image in front of others. Pictures that share on T-shirt must not harming any community people, culture etc. so that people can take it as an opportunity to represent themselves in front of others.It is important that message from the clothes are positive and hence help in gaining confidence of others. First impression in profession world comes from the way in which it wears attire and its types and hence proper clothes must be wearing. Emotional intelligence must be show by the person when working in team and hence proper clothing help in gaining loyalty of others and also help in making others followers which is attributing of leadership (Stewart, 2019). Analysis of Each Challenge from a business angle and knowledge gained from about how businesses actually work There are number of skills that need to improve for changing business and its impact on growth of personal as well as professional growth (Stavroulia and Lanitis, 2019). Globalization needed people which number of qualities which can contribute in growth of organisation. Finance factors again plays significant role in business for example: people with good skills improves skills, efficiency, quality and productivity of work. Transformation leadership can also help in improves innovation as well as creativity skills which impact on growth of firm in time of globalization. Tuckman theory of Teamwork It is important that team for the firm must be effective and contribute in growth of firm. It has five stages namely forming, storming, Norming, performing and adjourning. Using this group can be developed and increase output as well as business can be smoothly run and hence goals timely achieved. Forming Stage In the initial stage project manage select number of people for different task and it will be according to their qualification as well as past experience. In this people are interactive as well curious towards work. Goals and objective are not properly discussed but more time given to interaction in gaining confidence of workforce. Timeline are setup on rough note but proper structure not given (Whalen and Paez, 2020). Ground rules are setup by firm which help in working together as team and hence contribute in growth of organisation. It is basic step but if proper management will not be introduce then it can impact on growth of organisation. Relationship if strong build among members than later stage can easily be jumped and project can be complete on time. Storming stage There are number of ideas that are started addressing by team but if it is not properly managethenitcanimpactonperformanceorprojectandhenceimpactongrowthof organisation. In this individualistic behaviour as well as difference between people increase which can impact on smooth running of business. It become important for leader to tackle team in effective as well organised way so that their problems can be solved. Norming 5

If leaders are not properly address queries of employees then it will tack to back stage. Performing Employees in performing stage work together and socialize with each other share their knowledge as well as follow collectivism approach which increase efficiency, quality and productivity of work. Aims and objectives are cleared and hence workforce remains focused on it and leaders remain involved in it. Adjourning In this stage project is complete and management appreciate contribution of workers as well gives rewards, awards, incentives, increment and promotion. All resources are re distributed and team are set for new project. 4. Action Plan Action plans describe all types of measure which I will take to improve my skills and hence contribute in my professional growth.
