This is a reflection on the author's teamwork abilities and competencies, focusing on a recent power point presentation task. The author discusses the importance of teamwork skills and how they were developed and utilized in the presentation.

INTRODUCTION
This is basically a reflection on my teamwork abilities and competencies. Recently I have
participated in a task of power point presentation, that has provided me an opportunity to
perform much better in the next tasks relating to presentation.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
Recently in have participated in a power point presentation task, where me and my
colleagues has got task to give a power point presentation in very effective manner (Utesch,
2016). So that, me and other team members has decided to come together for the preparation of
the presentation. On the time, I have also decided to more develop my skills of teamwork.
Basically, I completely know that, effective skills of teamwork always play a very productive
role everyone who wants to work in a teamwork. Currently most of the companies or businesses
in across the world takes different step towards highly improving the teamwork skills of their
respective employees. That’s why I have understood that, these skills are very important to me.
After taking few productive steps, I have able to develop my skills of teamwork on that
presentation. I am sure that, this presentation has really added great value in my personal life.
When me and my colleagues was preparing for the power point presentation, I have informed to
my colleagues that, we all have to develop out team skills before starting the task of presentation,
because this enable to give presentation is very proper manner. Almost my all colleagues were
agreed with this decision, and then we all have started to improve our teamwork skills.
At the end, me and colleagues was able to improve or develop our teamwork skills, so
with the support of these skills, we all are become able to support each other in the preparation of
the power point presentation (Rowan-Kenyon and et.al., 2017). For example; I have done slide
number 1, 18 and 19 in this presentation, in which my different colleagues were helped me for
systematically covering these all slides. On the other side, after having well-developed teamwork
abilities or skills, I have also motivated to help or support to my colleagues in slides which has
prepared by them. Basically, this is the actual definition of teamwork. On that time, I have learnt
different books and journals which has based on the teamwork. Almost all experts of teamwork

have said that, effective teamwork skills always highly contribute in achieving any target or goal
in decided time period, and after using own well-developed teamwork skills, now I have fully
agreed with these all experts. Reason is, with the support of effective teamwork skills, me and
my colleagues has succeeded in giving our power point presentation in very effective and proper
manner (Tripathy, 2018). Many of audience or people in the presentation hall. That’s why in now
able to say that teamwork skills are very essential to everyone’s personal and professional
growth.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that I should always be focused on continually developing my
effective teamwork skills, because these are very necessary in the terms of gaining appropriate
results.
