INTRODUCTION
Reflective thinking and writing important section for the peoples that are eventually a
part of university life and work. It means presenting self views regarding to any topic and how to
perceive it. It is also defined as an ability of reflective practitioners to present the reflection on
the experience and knowledge that achieve on the basis of views and feeling on particular
situation (El-Helou and Kalman, 2018). Eventually, it supports to carry out all the possible
changes regarding to personal and professional skills and attributes. In this report define about
the my own journey of open and distance learning programme (BNS) due to concentrate on the
various kind of issues that can took place while learning. Apart from this, Brook field reflective
model is also going to be applied to better understand of personal and professional changes while
going to though the nursing course of BNS programme.
MAIN BODY
Understanding on Brook Field Reflective model (2005)
As per the Brookfiled (2005), there are two different intent that require to reflect within
the learning and teaching in the school and universities. Herein, the first part to meet to a much
more sufficient to understand of distros educational processes and how power underpins due to
going through a certain educational programme. While, second section is that making right
amount that based on the assumption and on these question are mainly developed. It is directly
connected with the practising in order to gained experience that helps to making life too much
easier. There are mainly focusing on the rage of surface that related with the contenders interests.
It is mainly depended on the assumption that if practitioners are more reflective then they better
placed to make reliable judgement regarding to formulation of teaching, purposeful responses
and curriculum planning practices, analysis depended on the issues that faced by the
subordinator.
When there is is discussed about the Brook Field reflective model, then it is said that it is
most important crucial reflective model that involves a certain situation where concentrating
upon a range of advantage points. In this model mainly focus on the various lenses and these are
the student's point of views such as autobiographical lens, the theoretical lens and colleges' view
as well. In the present context. I have applied the particular model in order to reflect on the
feelings as well as thoughts of the journey due to undertaking a learning programme (BNS), to
