INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is a process of the development of learners by assessing and identify
the lessons they learned and define the future course of action. Through reflective learning, the
learners observe their thinking process and help others in understanding and creating
transparency among them. It is a kind of self assessment and a part of their learning process.
Reflective learning is important for the learners because it helps in improving their performance,
enhance their learning process, develop skills, stay motivated and boost up the confidence to
improvise the learning and study pattern. Reflective learning improvises the effectiveness of the
students. The report will provide a discussion o my development and assessment experiences.
Firstly, it will discuss the professional learning and skills and how my Business management
degree will help me in the future. It also emphasizes on self leadership and management skills
according to the interviews.
Further, it will discuss about development of the personal skills. It will specify about the
areas in which I developed successfully and the areas in which further improvement is needed.
At last, it will reflect on academic development including the reading and writing skills. Also, it
will specify what are the new ways and skills that I can use in practice. To reflect on the
effectiveness of the skills and the abilities, the personal development and action plan will be
used. The main aim of conducting reflection is to identify the personal and professional
development skills and in what ways the existing skills and abilities can be used for professional
and personal development.

Reflection on professional development plan
Throughout the session I have gain knowledge about professional development plan
which is consisted of weak area and the strategy that is required to deal with it. Along with this,
the plan will help in meeting the smart goals. The professional plan helps in upgrading skill
that helps in accomplishing personnel objectives. In addition to this, I have learned various skill
such as communication that has contributed in interaction with other people. It is one of the
most important skill in professional area for sharing the thoughts and idea. In addition to this, in
need to improve this skill in order to make it perfect ( Jacobs and et.al., 2019). I will be joining
