I have learnt through the article of (Theories of Organizational Stress, 2017) based on
stress management in organisation. I have analysed from the study regarding the organisational
life relevant with stress, behaviour, management in culture and design as well as changes
incurred in operations. I learnt approaches, responses, activities, consequences and prevention of
such factors in operational performance at organisation. In accordance with such approaches I
have concluded that changes in organisational structure, culture and designs will benefit in
managing work mechanism. There have been influences of Cisco structure for better operational
framework.
I:
I have learned through various events and circumstances which have been incurred in the
operational practices. I believe that, overcoming stress by improving inner behavioural
approaches which will be attentive towards overcoming obstacles (Jacobs, Johnson and Hassell,
2018). I think cultural environment as well as framework of business must have changes which
creates interest in practicing. Study helped me in better understanding while I have learnt more
through various articles and experience of handling duties. Implication of planned changes and
unplanned changes are the force drives which helps workforce and business in better growth.

I have determined that, organisational life needed to have various decisions and decisions
making which will help in analysing the employees’ requirement. To reframe the tasks and
operational criteria will be effective in making increase in the practices and jobs performed by an
individual (Brones, de Carvalho and de Senzi Zancul, 2017). Learning the wants and desired of
employed will help in making rise in their efficiency and operational motives in organisation. I
believe that, to attain organisational goals there is needed to be considered the managerial goals,
time orientation, interpersonal orientation as well as formality of structure.
During my learning session I have learnt various aspects and operations which have built
strength in overcoming with the stress and the obstacles which are challenging activities of firm.
Materiality of the operational management and the behavioural analysis have benefited mw in
assigning the duties and roles to employees which are working business. There have been
various psychological obstacles which creates distractions, stress in the work performed by an

individual. It will be relevant with in appropriate collaboration with subordinates as well as
workplace conflicts (Carlsson-Wall, Kraus and Karlsson, 2017). Along with the job roles and
duties assigned to an individual will also have negative impacts in stress such as inappropriate
timing, work pressure as well as unsatisfactory tasks. I believe that, employing a person on tasks
which brings them satisfaction for whatever work they have done entire day.
P:
I would like to go implicating model as Cisco structure process which is a formulative
approach in creating an appropriate organisational structure. It thinks that it will help
organisation in bringing appropriate operational changes in corporate activities (Jacobs, Johnson
and Hassell, 2018). It consists of analysing challenges and solutions relevant with business
obstacles. This model helps in creating appropriate understanding towards reframing
organisational structure. Impacts of such operations will help in managing workplace conflicts
and assigning duties to individual as per their operational tendency.
