Introduction
As a scholar, research experiences play an important in the learning process. It is because it
enables the candidates to collect information, analyze them and give and give their opinions on
the topic. Research investigations on business research is an area of study in which the students
collected and gathered their preferred data based on the selected title. However, the business
research includes gathering data of certain companies on their financial status, their products or
services offered to their clients. During the research, our tutor or teacher was present in assisting
us on the steps we need to follow in having a successful project (Hertz-Lazarowitz, et al., p12).
Question 1
In my opinion, business research is important to all students because it improves our knowledge
in learning new ideas, helps us in creating a competitive working environment and increasing our

personality development and communication with other people within the society. Learning
experiences do not only entail gaining new skills and knowledge to help us achieve our future
dreams but also thinking of other different ways in which we will integrate our issues together
through different channels to achieve desired goals (Siemens, p 15).
As a student, we get proper learning through sharing ideas we had learned in lecture halls with
our colleagues. Learning is as well interesting when we engage a discussion and involve e real
life experiences in understanding the concepts. The value of such an experience is that as
scholars get direct interactions and expectation in the external learning or working environment.
Through service learning, the students are able to have cultural awareness based on their code of
conduct and improve on their career development. The reason is that through learning, they are
able to attain skills and apply them in their working areas (Bath et al., p 6).
Question 2
If an individual gets educated they will have the ability to use their critical thinking in solving
different problems, having the desire and ability to continue learning their lifetime and being
responsible as an individual in handling different tasks. Moreover, the learning experience will
best serve me in my coursework by having a positive behavior and attitude towards my course
(Macpherson p, 24). Therefore, I got encouraged that still; I can achieve my desired goals.
Based on the program I am undertaking in business, for example, the experience will assist me in
interacting with different business organizations such as banks or trading stock markets in
understanding their operations and services offered to the customers. Additionally, on my future
career, I will get informed on the business policy changes and ways of advising my clients

depending on the services we offer at the company. In the general life, learning provides skills in
being an entrepreneur and be my own manager (Kolb, p 7).
Question 3:
During this discussion, both negative and positive opinions are accepted to have an active
learning (Reece &Walker, p 12). One thing that we students need to realize that what we study
today shall be used as a reference in the near future so all the important information should be
documented. On the other hand, during this process, we need to plan having control in our
presentations to avoid vagueness. By placing focus on the main topic we will have precise
answers and give a thorough response to our research to the teacher. As a person, I actively
participated in the class and group discussion not only by answering questions but also
challenging some answers given by my fellow classmates.
Engaging in talks creates a good environment for learning as we get to know new ideas and
relate to real life experience. As an example, in my class we were talking about government
regulations on interest rates and its effects on the economy of Australian economic development.
The answers were so interesting and at the end of the discussion, we concluded that a fluctuating
change affects the economy either negatively or positively. My lecturer also encouraged us to
read articles talking about the same topic and have a broader knowledge with the changes also in
other countries such as UK (Gribble et al., p 10)
Question 4:
The business research process helped me in learning important factors about the banking
company, the services it offered to its customers. Through the research learning, I also noticed

that the business had some potential customers and for the manager to maintain such customers
he has to ensure that their needs are met within the period. I also noticed each company has a
different strategy applied in dealing with both internal and external factors affecting their
operation (Sekaran &Bugie, p 12).
Question 5:
During my studies, there were several activities both social and academic. Following my area of
specialization which is business, I chose to concentrate on business activities to advance my
knowledge. Some of the activities were business rotary clubs among others. Through my love for
business, I believe that I can make a difference and change people’s lives by starting a small
business enterprise to serve them on their needs. It is one step at a time and the first one will be
determining where to attain capital funds (Caughlan & Jiang p 22). I will also encourage my
customers to join welfare groups where they save and borrow funds at any time.
Question 6:
In my future career learning, experience and research played an important role to work on
achieving my future dreams. It gave me a better insight of the business market and several
approaches in doing business whether as an entrepreneur or an employee. Having a good plan is
also relevant for I will be able to utilize the opportunities at hand and the best procedure to use in
dealing with the organizational challenges (Christensen, 2017). Based on the fact that my career
future deals with the business related field, learning will not only be applicable with class lessons
but also attend different seminars or social work to have more practical experience and be
rational in making decisions.

Conclusion
Learning is a continuous process and for a scholar to achieve effective learning, he or she must
be ready to follow instructions given by the tutor. Another thing is that through research a
student will be enhancing her knowledge and putting in practice the filed work to skills learned
in class. Research is for the purpose of testing our understanding and each student must be
active in the participation to have efficient outcome. In as much as we have a different
viewpoint on the research topic and learning, we should know that our knowledge and behavior
is directly dependable on our learning experience. As a scholar, I would recommend that we
should learn to change the society through community programs and sharing of ideas.
