2PROJECT RESEARCH PROPOSAL
1. Introduction
The project implication is eased with the utilization of the successful implication of the
operations. The project of ‘research on Refurbishing of Residential Complex’ is a research
analysis study on developing the efficient alignment of construction project management. The
construction project was efficiently deployed for supporting the process of smart forming and
implication. The concept of project management is implied for listing the alignment of possible
implication. The study comprises of a literature review on the construction project management,
understanding proposed methods required for data collection, and forming the Gantt chart. The
study was helpful for executing the proper evaluation of the operations for the construction
projects.
2. Literature review
According to the study by Fleming and Koppelman (2016), the influence of construction
project management has been using the crucial impact implication using the factorial alignment
of the activities. The construction project managers are responsible for the execution of the
project controlling, managing and co-ordinating the process of smart information support
implication. The influence of the managers is deployed for taking care of the process support and
operations. They was responsible for overseeing the project progress and allow the significant
alignment of the factors. The consultants of the project was allowed for easing the implication of
the factors depicting the engagement of the factors aligning with the use of the proper
implication of the project activities. The including of the improvement was also be aligned for

of the operations was also be resulted in listing the utilization of the smart information
implication. The successful information processing was aligned with the innovative technology
installation. The implication of the smart and efficient technology innovation was required for
ensuring the completion of the operations and implication.
Alias et al. (2014) have identified the role of specific project management methodology
for the implication of the activities for the construction projects. The various methodologies like
waterfall, agile, scrum, and extreme programming was helpful for ensuring the implication of the
factors of project activities. The use of the methodology was ensure that the project activities are
executed successfully. All the project is divided into four main phases of initialization, planning
and/or designing, execution (implication and deployment), and monitoring and closure. All the
project activities was based on the simplification of the probable execution of the operations
defining the alignment of the successful project execution. Likewise, Olofsdotter and Randevag
(2016) have also pointed out that the alignment of the smart project analysis was based on the
significant analysis of the construction project management. The documentation and reports are a
crucial factor for the project successful completion resulted by the proper review and information
collection. Basically documentation forms the storage of the process for any future use or for
checking the operations. The implication of the efficient project alignment supported the role for
the proper implication of the functions.

5PROJECT RESEARCH PROPOSAL
The project research plan has been developed using the efficient waterfall methodology
for the execution of the research project. The research was based on the use of the efficient and
smart project execution and implication. The project plan document was made by using the
proper scheduling functions. The project of refurnishing of the residential complex was divided
into 5 phases namely initiation phase, resource accumulation phase, literature review, report
implication, and closure. The completion of the project was based on the execution of all these
phases. The research plan has comprise of these phases for the project and they have been
explained below,
Initiation Phase: it is the 1st phase of the project implication comprising of the execution
of the smart project information implication of data alignment for the successful execution of the
project. The research project was involve the selection of project topic, feasibility analysis of the
topic supporting future amendments, analysis of the impact of the study, and approval of the
topic. The completion of the initial phase was involve the utilization of the proper documentation
and approval of the project.
Resource Accumulation Phase: It is the second phase of the project that initiates after
completion of the 1st phase initiation. This phase is characterized by the successful alignment of
the processing. The phase involves the following activities, identification of resource usage,
collecting appropriate information, data collection from articles and journals, filtering data for
the topic, review of data, and data documentation for the project.
Literature Review: It is the third phase of the project that results in developing a
literature review of the project topic. Many critical journals and articles was reviewed for the
