1. Project Title
The title of the project is “Refurnishing of Opera House” and it would involve the
development of the construction project for refurnishing Opera House. The project would
involve the use of the effective and improved construction for forming the management of the
operations of Refurnishing of Opera House.
2. Introduction
The concept of project management is implied for developing the construction project of
implying the safety and compliance of the activities of project developed. The evaluation of the
project concepts would be developed for integrating the analysis of the system integration and
development. The formation of the project evaluation methods would be formed for the
evolution of the effective and improved operation management process. The principles of the
