INTRODUCTION
It is not easy to run the operations of businesses as the owner have to face certain
challenges and problems (Braksick and Smith, 2022). The owner of business have to evaluate
both internal as well as external environment to determine the complexities that company might
face. Most of the time decision taken business own went wrong and they have to face great loss.
This indicates that organisation have to focus towards the market conditions. This report is
prepared to evaluate the business problems faced by clients. The report is based on the college
named Regent Group London, which is working in direction to build better career of students
using effective learning tools. The main goal of the college is to make students aware about the
digital technology so that they can stand out in the competitive environment. Further the
problems which businesses have to face due to external environment were discussed.
MAIN BODY
Overview of the client and the problem they are facing.
The Regent Group London was established in 2000, which is one of the best established
university (Cerruti, Tavoletti and Grieco, 2019). The university is being induced in providing
quality education of all segment groups which includes nursery, primary, secondary, higher
secondary and standard certified courses. They aims of become the leader who is able to provide
quality education of students along with rising their living of standard. With the use of different
business strategies Regent Group London is able to make continuous growth and are able to
establish its strong presence. Due to the situation arise by Covid – 19 education sector have to
face a huge loss as they remained close for a long period of time. With this, Regent Group
London lost the faculty who was able to provide quality education of students. Thus, they are
focused towards hiring professional teachers who can maintain the image the college.
Breaking down the problem
The college Regent Group London is facing issue to make hiring for new professional
teachers and providing quality education to students through which they can grow it is necessary
to evaluate industrial factors (Costa, Pereira, Dias and Gonçalves, 2022). Porters five force
model is used for the purpose of analysing industrial impact which is mentioned below -
Threat of new entry – The education sector is growing rapidly and new colleges &
universities are establishing. The new institutes are using modern techniques to educate
