INTRODUCTION Business Consulting is basically considered to be the practice of the education, planning and implementing business which is used by an individual for the purpose to complete a project and manage their study. For a person, it is very important to have deep knowledge, skills and proper understanding in relation to a particular problem or topic for the purpose to improve the business activities. With the help of Business Consulting, it helps in improving the business activities and helps the organisation in using the business model in a effective manner. The present report is based on the Regent Tutorial College, London. The organisation is considered as the leading provider of higher education in industry. The organisation promotes diverse communityandishighlyactiveineducationandpromotionoflearning.Incontextto organisation, it is basically facing the issue of developing the new campaign for the College in order to promote the brand. MAIN BODY Background of the company Regent university is a private university in London, UK which was established in 1984 as regent college. It is one of five private universities which provides academic education to the students of all ages with an average age range of 18-35 around the world(de Oliveira Sousa, and et. al., 2022. The main of this college is to provide an inspiring and supporting learning environment that enable the students to interact with each other within a community and share their stories and support. The college provide various courses such liberal arts, fashion designing and marketing to improve the professional skills of the students and help in making their bright career. By developing various facilities for the students, they help the students in improving their skills which take them to the growth for success. The college have full time equivalent staff where academic staff involve 150 members and management and administration staff includes 189 members. Currently, the college has around 2171 full time students and there are many students which come various countries across the world. The student union of the college organises a range of clubs and societies which involves polo club, finance & investment society and model united nation. Therefore, they provide safe learning atmosphere to the students and provide the opportunities through guidance of the proficient staff for their ambition. They also 1
includes in their ambition that they will fulfil the demand of their customers in such ways which they want because they consider that the end of education is character. STP of the company STP is the three step model that help in crating marketing strategies that assist in discovering the customers(Sudarsan,, Vaishampayan and Parija, P2022. This help in communicating the right message to the targeted audience or segment, consequently, it help an organisation to achieve competitive advantage by using the marketing strategies. Therefore, the analysis has been made in context to regent college as under: Segmentation:The marketers of the company choose the particular market segment according to the specific criteria which can be based on the location, demographics, purchasing frequency, behavioural characteristic and many more so that amn organisation enable itself in providing services according to required condition. With reference to the regent college, the criteria has been defines on the basis of: Demographic:The regent college has targeted its market of 18-35 age group people which enable it to influence them to towards the college(Heinz-Taheny, 2022). The college also provide education to the marital or non-marital students and also includes the audience on the basis of their income. Geographic:The College is located in London and also can have at multiple location which attract the prospects across the globe towards the college. Psychographic:The College may target its audience on the basis of their behaviour, hobbies, lifestyle, activities and opinion. Currently online classes are running in most of the college which are liked by the students therefore the college may provide such kind of facilities to the targeted audience. Target:It refers to the segment that are chosen by the marketers to target and plan marketing activities. In relation to the regent college, it can help in researching the segment to know the opportunities for the business that may the college in achieving the goals of their business. Therefore, the market has targeted the students of all age and also analyse their behaviour and income level. The college can analyse the needs of the students and according to their needs they can provide their services. PESTLE analysis It is a strategic tool which are used by the marketers to analyse the external environments that can impact the company and its profitability(Flegr, and Schmidt,2022). It is an effective framework that is used to make effective corporate strategy planning. In relation to regent college, the pestle analysis have been described as under: Political factors:This factors refers to the involvement of the government which may affect the operation of the business. The factors includes tax policies, trade restriction, tariffs and many more. Through conducting SWOT of Regent, it has been identified that organisation has a really good brand image and is considered to be safe, has a good size, friendly and has a really good community of staff, students and other individuals. In context to the weakness, the lack of promotional strategy and promoting campaign in a ineffective manner can lead to affecting the operations of the company. In context to college, the opportunities involves virtual learning and use of marketing tools and social media tools for the purpose to attract large number of consumers and also contributing towards increase in the performance of business. In context to Regent, the biggest threat or weaknessinvolvescarryingoutmarketingcampaignsanduseofpromotionaltoolsand techniques in order to carry out business operations and promoting campaign based on “Thinking into Character”. Competitor Analysis: It is basically considered to be a framework that is used by the business managers and leaders for the purpose to carry out business operations. The main competitors of the Regent College are FSB, LSST, Luntstone etc.(Strategy, 2021). Positioning: In order to promote their campaign in a effective and efficient manner, it is very important for the organisation to have deep and depth knowledge and understanding about the various campaigns and developing effective strategies for the purpose to carry out effective and efficient promotional strategies and carrying out the campaign at mass level with the use of various social media tools and various strategies in order to run the business in a successful manner(Kuran and Savall, 2021). 4

In addition to that, it is very important for the managers and leaders to understand the issues of the tutors and students and asking for their feedback regarding the campaign that will help them in running the campaign in a successful manner (Clausen, 2019).With the help of social media skills and techniques, itwill help them in attracting more and more customers andwith use of effective promotional tools and techniques, it will help in effective and efficient running of the campaign. With the use of effective tools and techniques it will help in attracting more and more students and encouraging them to participate in the campaign and making it a bigger success. In order to run the campaign in a successful manner, it is very important to use the effective promotional strategies while carrying out the campaign and using them taking into consideration, the various tools and techniques in order to run the campaign in the most successful manner. CONCLUSION From the above report, it can be concluded that business consulting plays a very important role in the organisation and it supports in collecting the data and information and finding solutions to the various problems and collecting information in relation to the particular topic and managing the business activities.
