Bill of quantities
Basically in QS bill of quantities are the information of work, dimension, work among other information
which are needed for the erection of a building by the contract.
The major design of a work basically the rehabilitation is managed on
documentation survey, tests and investigations as done by the described
work. These described may include the following;
i. Disassembling as well as devolution of walls partitions, reinforced
concrete slabs on the ground having assistant flooring, spoiled
flooring on slabs which are very stable, this will actually knock off
ceramic tiles and damaged mortar.
ii. Concreting, Excavations and insulating operates for work of
construction of groundwork walls, lightingshafts and columns.
iii. Construction of fresh slabs of protected concrete on the foundation auxiliary groundwork
walls and column.
iv. Building of new wall partition as a substitute of the disinterested
ones also basement walls having lighting shafts
v. Putting of a new finishing and flooring of walls and ceilings in the
la-di-da parts of the building,
vi. Substitution of old sanitary components with new ones on the
ground with new ones of a toilet for physically challenged
individual persons,
vii. Substitution of damaged door and windows in the underground
room and some parts of the floor of the ground.
