leaders within the organisation and the various differences that exist within the individuals. The
article aims to discuss the relationships that are shared by the concerned managers and the other

leadership of the concerned organisation is dependent on the relationship that is shared by the
concerned individual and the superior authorities within the given organisation.

article however, faces limitations. The major limitation of the study is related to the fact that the
behavioral patterns can only be described but not be explained.
