INTRODUCTION
Partnership working refers a collaborative relationship between 2 or more than 2 parties
which help each others in performing their functions in an efficient manner (Lawrence and et.al.,
2020). This study is going to show importance of collaboration and partnership with other
agencies and companies in order to improve quality of services and productivity as well. Further,
it shows importance of having an effective relationship and ways to improve them in making the
best decision. An effective partnership in social care allows organization to improve quality of
lives of people and satisfy needs of them’. Lastly, it shows importance of recognizing value of co
production and expertise to care service.

1.1 Ways regulations and legislation influence relationships
Regulations and legislation at both local and national level affect relationship to teh great
extent. For example: Some business laws like providing equal pay to employees, providing fair
services to patients, remove discrimination help an organization in improving relations with
employees and customers as well. Regulations and legislations at both level also allow
employers and care manager to make people feel valued by providing fair treatment, equal pay
and all rights which they seek for. When people get all these rights and effective treatment then
they are more likely to be with the company and loyal which improve their image as well.
1.2 Importance of relationship with stakeholders in achieving effective performance
As a care manager and assistant it is important to work with others in order to provide effective
services to adults and patients. Partnership with stakeholders or all those people who are directly
and indirectly involved in the process of care provider help a care manager in developing health
and providing effective services (Ranabhat and et.al., 2018). When a care manager collaborate
with others and have effective relationship with stakeholders like families of patients and other
professional than they can increase their skills as well as can take effective decision regarding
care services. In addition, a strong relationship with stakeholders remove errors in the process of
care provider ad errorless process improved quality as well as productivity.

Partnership with other agencies have great positive impacts on the performance and
productivity of an organization. For example: a care manager have several skills in some areas

barriers occur in the path of success such as: poor quality, lack of skills of using technology, lack

But collaboration and partnership with other agencies help in solving all these problems such as:
Improve quality: When an organization work with other agencies than they have a lot of
informations and a pool of creativity which help them out in improving quality and reducing
errors. It directly removes barriers of satisfying needs of different types of people.
Making people calm and patience: At the time of care providing, care manager face problems
in making people keep calm. People become frustrated ad irritated which impact on their service
providing. But by cooperating with other agencies increase their skills in making people keep

There are several ways and tools by which care manager can encourage engagement and
make a collaborative working environment. One of the main aim of implementing systems for
encourage engagement is to improve productivity and taking the best decision.
Sharing good practices: Good practices also encourage employees and people in an effective
engagement. An effective engagement reduce errors, improve quality of services and help
employers in taking the best decision.

written and other strategies as per the situation. For example: care manager can use verbal
communication at a time of meeting and presentations. At the time of hiring process they can use
non verbal in order understand behaviour of candidates which improve relationship.
3.2 Development and agreement of common objectives
While working with colleagues, it is important for care manager to have smart objectives which
help colleagues to have a clear direction and motivation for which they work. By developing
some objectives like to improve patients quality and quality of life of people, to increase
productivity, to increase sales within next 3 months, a care manager can accomplish overall goals

and et.al., 2018). So, it is important for an organization and care manager to have negotiation
skill in order to influence them and make them able to contribute equally in the same task. An
effective negotiation skill allow care manager in making a growth and business success. It also
allows them to reach to an agreement that results in mutual benefits.
4.2 Using agreed ways of working
Having a clear and agreed ways of working in partnership and working with other agencies
is a vital as it allows both to have improved relationship and remove problems of conflicts. For
having a clear and agreed ways it is important for care manager to set agenda to review activities

Working with agencies can create conflicts sometimes when one party do not follow rules

From the above study it has been summarized that partnership with other agencies and
organization played a vital role in improving quality and productivity of an organization. An
effective partnership allows an organization in taking the best decision regarding services and
products which improve their productivity. Further, it has also shown importance of an effective
communication in order to work with others as it removes miscommunication and situations of
conflicts. It has also discussed negotiation process and importance of having an effective
