This study explores the relationship between inconsistent work force and poor quality in the context of Product Movers, a company facing issues with employee retention and inferior product quality. The project aims to improve employee retention, build a quality culture, make everyone accountable for product quality, and compare PayScale and benefits in the industry. Strategies for improving employee retention and building a quality culture are discussed, along with the importance of accountability and the benefits offered by Product Movers.
