Different areas of responsibility for relevant stakeholders
There are many people who are engaged in project stakeholder actively which are being
involved in project or having something to either gaining or loss as the result of project. This
could also help the organization to understand various issues that has been faced by the
employees’ in context of employee burnout. In order to resolve certain issues there are various
kind of responsibilities that has been fulfilled by different stakeholders which has been explained
below:
Internal customer:-
This could keep the individuals within organization who are customer for project that
could meet out the needs of internal customer. The customer keep their power to accepts or reject
about the completion of work. This could also keep them for achieving the better relationship,
the project manager, clarify and providing more about the project specialisation (Agudelo,
Johannsdottir and Davidsdottir, 2020). Common stumbling blocks when dealing with having
internal customer including the lack of clarity about precisely what about the customer wants, the
lack of knowledge in organization and operating characteristics. There are various ways to deal
with employee burnout but the most effective way through which the internal customers can do
is doing open communication with all the employees in order to avoid certain situations which
creates dissatisfaction and stress among staff members. Along with this learning more about the
project requirements and specification in some written agreements. While having such things this
could also led them for working with many better team and keep their satisfaction about products
and services.
External customer:-
The customer when projects could be marketed to outside the customer. As having such
things this must be important for them and make sure for having their more high estimation
towards the employee. In case of culture amp, the customer that can be buying more high
products and services for their organization. Timely and proper feedbacks to the employees of
the firm enables them to enhance their satisfaction level and hence reduces the employee burnout
kind of situation within the establishment. While having such things this must be important and
