the country of Canada has been giving some of the hard thought to their publc policies in
connection to the area (Trudeau et al., 2017). The concept of the religion and diversity has
been one of the rising issues in the country that have prevailed through out the decades.
The assignment highlights the issue of religion and diversity from the view point of a
individual who supports the organization of religion and diversity , the PM of Canada, Justin
Trudeau. The essay highlights the fact how the PM of canada promotes the diversity in
canada and has been one of the most debated and discussed person among the people of
Canada.

The context of the religion in Canada encompasses a wide range of beliefs and group.
Christinaity is basically the largest religion in the Canada. The PM of Canada has been one of
the burning identity promoting the diversity in Canada. The prime minister unveiled his
cabinet that gender equal factors and diversed scenarios to the country of Canada.

of debate (Johnstone, 2017). Much like the United States of America, Canada is the nation
with numerous immigrants from outside the nation from various of the countries. The notion
of diversity lies in avivid concept in the social, political and the ideological systems of the
governance tha are generally linked to the respective histories as a whole.

The individual who is at focus of the assignment is the PM of Canada, Justin Trudeau.
He is the Canadian politician who have been serving as the 23rd and the current prime
minister of the country. This second oungest Canadian prime minister gained a high end
profile in the public when he initiated in the delivery of aulogy at the funeral of his father.
Justin Trudeau supported the liberal party from a very young age with the offerings of his
support to the leaders of the party (Edge & Harvey, 2017). He became involved with the
liberal party through the year of 2000 and announce his support for the context of the
leadership.
The position of the person
In context of the above stated issue, the position of the person is of prime minister.
Justin Trudeau tgether with the rest of the cabinet were sworn and considered by the governer
general on 2015.
Justin Trudeau is being discussed in context of this issue since he was one of the first
notable individual supporting and promotiong diversity and respectinf religious vbeliefs
through out the country of Canada.
Standing in opposition
The cabinet and the prime minister stands in opposition to the mainstraen society, the
groups and the individuals since according to Justin Trudeau his very first priority in terms of
legislative factors has been to lower the taxes for the middle income Canadians and raise for
the high income (Conley & Taber, 2011).

He furthermore initiated in the promotion of promises to rebuild relationships with the
indigenous group of people and run an ethical, open and transparent government allowing
diversity at the employment workplace.
Motivation
In the context of the religious freedom, Justin Trudeau has expressed his opposition
towards the proposed values of the charter which prohibited the employees of the public sctor
from displaying and wearing religious symbols (Nimijean, 2017). The prime minister
furthermore contradicts on the notion of the employees of the organization from choosing
among freedom of religion and the freedom of expression and their economic well being.
In the context of the diversity and immigration, Justin Trudeau expressed his
assumption how Canada can welcome nearly one million immigramts in the upcoming years
(Andreoni et al., 2016).
Justin Trudeau quoted some of the major revolutionary statements that includes the
cocept of diversity making the country of Canada, the strongest, the diversity being the
leading entropy and the world moving towards the notion of diversity and not the less.

According to the speech by Justin Trudeau, Diversity is the strength of the country.
This is because it is easy and for the country like Canada, diversity helps in breathing. The
prime minister of the state aims towards the provision of the promotion of diversity and
religious freedom among the country in the upcoming decade (Hutchinson, 2018).
He believes that the story of the Canada proves to be the diversity and the inclusion
towards the work. He furthermore depicts the fact that not just in case of the aspirational
values, the diversity is basically the proven path towards peace and prosperity in the country.

Justin Trudeau thus aims to promote the country, Canada for multiculturalism policy
in the support of the reality towards diversed range of population. According to him, one of
the major strength of Canada is and should be the diversity. This is because, being a
multicultural nation, Canada should celebrate its historically diveresed population despite of
the negative experiences and exclucion faced by many immigrants at the workplace.The
country should promote array of abilities, identitiesm culture, diveresed skills and diversed
workforce in the current and evolving population of the country of Canada.
