Moreover, the terms andconditions interrelated with this implementation of grid connected solar system comprise of thesigning of execution agreement among the nominated bidder and the state government ofVictoria. Moreover, the developer linked to solar project must do the payment for the non-refundable services associated to the implementation of project that is at the rate of 0.5 % of totalimplementation cost of grid connected solar system on the top of canal. Along with that, the totalcost of the project involves the maximum limit of $15 M which could be conversed prior to thesigning of the agreement. Lastly, the selected bidder can implement the separate executionagreement for individual projects with separate facilitation charge.3
