Introduction
Timberwell Construction is a construction company that operates its business in the building
industry and mainly constructs apartments and residential buildings. The working populace
inside the association delineates that it utilizes around 58 male staffs that are as of now
connected with various types of development-related works and professions. This ensures that
the required and desired numbers of employees of the organization are knowledgeable and
skilled (Vigneau, et al., 2015). Sustainability assessments are conducted by one of the most
essential and evaluated strategies for effective methods of decision making involving an
organization's environmental, economic and social needs. The following sustainability
assessment report will prepare an evaluation report for 2016 reporting GRI sustainability
standards, which will develop effective strategies to cover operational and administrative
deficiencies.
