Course Number 1: Project Management
The course is specifically designed to enable the practitioners for gaining knowledge
regarding the application of the tools, skills and techniques for the management of the projects.
The course enhances the knowledge of the practitioners regarding the project requirements
through covering the fundamental areas of Project Management Body of Knowledge.
Course Number 2: Cyber Security
The course is observed to be perfectly designed for enhancing the knowledge, tools,
skills and expertise of the practitioners for recognizing and resolving the cyber-attacks in a
professional manner. Other than this, the course has the possibility of enhancing the knowledge
of the practitioners regarding the accountability, threat management, encryption, risk diagnosis,
enterprise security policy, network and security frameworks, cryptography, wired and wireless
security along with the ethical and legal issues.

Course Number 1: Project Management
Knowledge regarding the tools, techniques and requirements for the management of the projects.
Knowledge regarding the key areas of Project Management Body of Knowledge along with the
factors that distinguish the information technology projects.
Course Number 2: Cyber Security
Knowledge on accountability, threat management, encryption, risk diagnosis, enterprise security
policy, network and security frameworks, cryptography, wired and wireless security along with
the ethical and legal issues (Singer and Friedman 2014).
Skills of identifying and mitigating cyber-attacks.

With the Job responsibility of the project manager, the project management course will be
helpful in gathering important knowledge about the tools and techniques that can be utilized
for the purpose of project management (Brioso 2015). Other than this, the cyber security
project will be important in identifying and resolving any sort of cyber-attacks on the project

information and requirements of the projects that will be managed in future.
