INTRODUCTION
It is necessary for organisation to manage and recruit staff in effective way so that they can
be retained. For this they need to be recruit at right place and effective and proper training is to
be given. However, to manage talent for different roles there are certain activities within the
global talent management where the Human resource activities can be considered. Through the
help of the human resources Leone achieves its goals and objectivities. It is crucial to assist
employees feel skilled, engaged, motivated that enables them to work within the direction of the
firm to enhance the satisfaction of the clients as well as business performance (Murphy, De
Coppi,. and Atala, 2019). This report will analyse the case study of Leon restaurant and
resourcing opportunities as well as challenges in their global expansion plan. Besides that, some
recommendations are also given in order to overcome those challenges.

global expansion plans
There are many opportunities which exists in the industry that allows Leon restaurant to
expand in different countries. Moreover, by hiring skilled and qualified staff it becomes easy for
them to execute plans of global expansion. In a global context the demographic constraints are
required to be taken care of primarily.
Recruiting Talent
The economic downturn caused the companies globally to cut down the jobs. Companies
retained only those employees who were of great importance to the organisation and other
employees were sacked out of their jobs. Huge shuffles were seen at the leadership levels. Leon
has the opportunity of retaining skilled employees and also the challenges would be faced in
expending its business globally (Wetherill,White. and Seligman, 2019).
Training and developments
For managing and enhancing the talents companies are require to train employees. On global
expansions Leon will be facing problems in training and developing employees of other nation.
At the same time it could also be seen as an opportunity as people from different nation could
provide new ideas to the organisation (Wetherill,White. and Seligman, 2019).
