This will help in determining positive as well as negative impact of environment of business performance. Company chosen for this report is Ryanair Airline. This company was formed in 1984 and it is a Irish budgeted airlines. Headquarter of this company is located in Swords, Dublin, Ireland. Ryanair is provding its products and services to 40 countries (Ryanair, 2019). In this report all factor has been analysed of business environment which will have impact on organisation. Tool that is used in SWOT, PESTLE and Porter's five force. MAIN BODY Analysis of Ryanair business environment. It is very important to analyse different factors of business environment in order to take better decisions for improving performance of organisation. In order to analyse internal as well as external factor of business environment various analysis tools are mention below. SWOT Analysis: This analysis is a very important tool for determining internal factors that consist of strengths, weakness as well as opportunity and threats. For long term, this company should focus in develop positive and strong brand image in customer's mind. It is very important that an employees must have these skills along with subjective knowledge, technical understanding as well as different skills which lead to enhance their performance as well as help in achieving organisation objective. This report is based on the self experience of weak 1-5 during the practice week exercise. It consist of different skills such as communication skills, team work skills, problem solving skills and many more. Employability skills: During this week exercise I have identified that there are some major skills that are necessary. Employability skills includes communication skills, ICT skills, research skill, team work skills, problem solving skills and organisation or time management skills. I have analysed that all of these skill are very important as it will help in getter better opportunities as well as growth in career. My experience during practice week exercise is mention below. Communication skills:These skill play a very crucial role in developing overall personality of person. There are two different type of communication skill that is verbal and non verbal communication. Verbal communication refers to a from of conveying message or information through written or oral words. Non verbal communication consist of gestures, postures, eye contact etc. During this task I have analysed that I have quite good verbal communication skill which will help me in conveying my thoughts and ideas in effective and efficient manner. When I finished by presentation my co worker has complemented me regarding my presentation skill. I was able to clearly explain each and every point as well as resolve queries of clients. ICT skills:This refers to information communication technology skills. This skills is very important as in today business environment technology play a crucial role in conducting business operations. I have identified that this skills is affecting my day to day activities and I'm not able to operate technology in effective manner. Team work skill has helped me in developing better relationship with other employees. While working in team task I have learned various new things as well as techniques that has helped me in enhancing my employability skills. Organisation and time management skills:This skills are very important in analysing all task as well as completing it in required time frame. I have identified that I needs to develop my organisation as well as time management skills in order to complete my all task in more effective manner. Problem solving skill is important in order to deal with issues in creative and innovative manner. I have strong emotional intelligence skill that helps me in solving problems in effective and efficient manner. While dealing this any problem I first analyse as well as evaluate each and every problem very clearly so that I can understand all aspect of problems. This is very helpful in taking right decisions which lead to solve problem. I always try to enhance my problems solving skill and for this I work of different brain logical games and puzzles.
