Business environment play a crucial role in develop strategies as well as its actual
implementation (Hilton and Platt, 2013). It is very important for company to carefully analyse as
well as evaluate internal as well as external factors of business environment. This will help in
determining positive as well as negative impact of environment of business performance.
Company chosen for this report is Ryanair Airline. This company was formed in 1984 and it is a
Irish budgeted airlines. Headquarter of this company is located in Swords, Dublin, Ireland.
Ryanair is provding its products and services to 40 countries (Ryanair, 2019). In this report all
factor has been analysed of business environment which will have impact on organisation. Tool
that is used in SWOT, PESTLE and Porter's five force.

better decisions for improving performance of organisation. In order to analyse internal as well

compare to other rival companies. Ryanair is
providing its services to different area which

customers mind can be considered as it biggest
weakness. This is affecting sales of respective
company. Customer has developed its
reputation as poor service provider due to less
prices of company.
