INTRODUCTION Communicationisdefinedasa processof exchangingof informationwithdifferent measures from one person to other or to group. In addition to this report include principal as well as purpose behind different form of organisational communication. Along with this, report include principles of effective communication in order to make significant increase in practices. Literature review According to Weber’s Classic Organizational Theory of Fixed Structures, this theory mainly emphasize upon the need for hierarchical structure of power as it recognise importance of specialisation and division of labour. According to Weber theory it is essential forLONDON UNDERGROUNDto have clear set of define roles as well as responsibilities in order to have structured and clear communication, as is there is no scope for confusion in messages that are being sent from organisational top management to bottom (Shen and Thompson, 2020). Along with it has been identified that principles of communication helps in socializing that increase facilitation of ideas, knowledge and talent in workplace structure.
