So, it is highly essential that they andtheir interests are properly taken with care. Audley travels is the company which fulfill the needof stakeholder realted to travel and tourism. Below mentioned are the benefits to stakeholdersthat have been derived by doing planning done for tourism development in Brazil by AudleyTravels:-Government-These are the authoritative bodies of economy and the most importantstakeholders for every business organization in any sector. Thus, interests of them should betaken on top priority. By making sustainable development in tourism sector, Audely Travels willbe increasing number of tourists in the economy i.e. Brazil by which there will be enough flowof money in the region which will help governing bodies to make improvements anddevelopments in tourism sector (Bramwell and Lane, 2012).
Consumers-Consumers are the travellers or tourists which are considered to be one ofthe most significant stakeholders for tourism sector as if there will be no consumers then towhom the company will offer their services. Company provides benefits to the tourists byfacilitating a proper set or package of tour. This in turn proves to be beneficial for theorganization as well as for economy as if services are availed by travellers then there will be aflow of money which will help the economy to grow and develop.1.2Tourism industry has a number of goals and objectives which are to be fulfilled by theorganization itself so as to attain a strong position in the market. There are a number of resultsand outcomes that have been expected by the stakeholders like some social groups, governingbodies, etc. (Zeng and Ryan, 2012). So, to properly attain these goals and expected outcomes, public and private partnership is highly essential for developing a great tourism strategy. Belowmentioned are some of the advantages and disadvantages of public, private and partnership firmsin the above stated economy:-AdvantagesFirst and foremost advantage is that the public-private and partnership firms provide financialhelp to the development and building hotels, amusement parks, telecommunication, recreationalcentres, etc. which in turn helps in the development of tourism sector. The public institutions provide services to population of economy so as to bring an increase intheir standard of living and income level. Along with that, with increase in the income level, thetourism industry will grow by earning higher profits.By implementing tax policies as per the convenience of citizens, government of Brazil helpsthem as there will be a proper flow of money in economy and this will help the governingbodies to make necessary developments.DisadvantagesAs the private company is owned by private bodies, there is less interference of governmentwhich is more in case of public companies. So, there will be set of two ideas all the time and asthere are different ideas and thoughts, there will be chances of clashes which will be non-beneficial for the tourism firms (Ruhanen and et.al., 2015).
