The StoryBoard project is an initiative by the Byron Writers Festival group aiming to develop good learning and creative skills among school-going students. The main purpose is to motivate students to complete their education, improve literacy rates, and promote creativity through innovative techniques. The project also aims to provide new skills to children of different age groups to gain confidence in showcasing their talents. However, the project faces challenges in providing proper training as children have different understanding and progressing levels. To overcome these challenges, the government is requested to declare the StoryBoard Project with more funding for its growth and improvement.

Executive Summary
The StoryBoard Project is developed by the authors of the Byron Writer’s festival. The main
aim of the purpose of the study is to develop good learning as well as creative skills with the
students of different age groups. Another purpose of the firm is to gather more funds for the
government as well as the private organizations so that the students can provided with
necessary essentials helping in the better development and growth. It also took the initiative
to increase the literacy and study rate within the country. However, the problem is to
motivate the students to study and write new things so that their creative as well as the
leadership skills can develop. It is also difficult to maintain the financial budget of the
organization as they are not able to use the whole amount of money for the betterment of the
students and the society. So, the problem of maintaining the financial budget is directly
addressed to the organizations and the people who donated their money. It is difficult to
motivate the students without using modern and innovative techniques. They may or may not
feel encouraged in the absence of the proper guidance. Therefore, the outcomes are—
 Various kinds of workshops should be done to attract and retain the students by
encouraging to learn new skills.
 The lack of skills and knowledge many stop the students to identify new opportunities
for the future growth and development and gain good success.
 The future of creative writing while writing novels, stories etc may deteriorate.
 The financial loss may increase leading to stagnant literacy growth rate (Bach, 2013).
So, it can be recommended that educators, teaches as well as the college students should be
targeted too as they also have good creative and learning skills. The workshops should be
encouraging and attractive too.
Project Purposes
The storyboard is a project which is run by the leaders of the Byron Writer’s festival. The
main aim of the organization is to conduct various kinds of workshops for the school going
students and the small children. The workshops are conducted in various places along with
school premises. The students are encouraged to learn new skills and techniques as they will
be able to increase their conceptual, creative as well as leadership skills. Another main
purpose of the storyboard firm is to motivate the students to complete their education so that

they can are able to perform better and gain good success in both their personal and the
professional life (Hauser, 2014). The third aim of the founders of the storyboard project is to
create and develop the habit of reading various kinds of books within the students. They are
also trying to motivate the students so that the latter can improve their creativity, skills and
knowledge and give their best and create a good future for themselves. The fourth purpose is
train the students in creative thinking and writing. They can run many creative workshops so
that the children of different age and income group can improve and inherit new talents
(NSW, 2017). The five purpose is to use more innovative as well as modern techniques while
teaching the students as they will feel happy and encouraged to learn new kinds of things.
They will feel confidence to reach their dreams. The final purpose is to collect more funds so
that they can provide good workshops to the students and encourage them to work for the
benefit of the society as well by using innovative ideas.
Main Findings
The main findings about the project are—
 The StoryBoard project is an initiative taken by the Byron Writers Festival group.
 The organization is a non-profit organization that works for the benefit and the well-
being of the children and the society.
 The main aim of the organization is to motivate and encourage the students to
improve their creative thinking and also develop new skills so that they are able to
make their dreams and wishes successful in the future.
 It can also be seen that the firm also tends to increase the literacy rate of the country
as it will help the country as well as the different organisations to become strong
financially.
 The StoryBoard Project mainly focuses on the primary and the high school students
and encourages them to think and work more creatively.
 It can also be seen understood that another aim of the organisation is to increase the
art of creative writing among the students.
 The firm also wants to develop within students the concept of reading various kinds of
novels, stories etc (Park, 2012).
 In the first year, the firm received funds from various small, medium and large private
and public organizations such as Stroger Communities Program and Create NSW.
 The frim operates according to the calendar year to fulfil their targets and goals.

 It can also be seen that the funds are used as expenses so that the students can be
provided with essential materials.
 The rest of the fund is used as maintenance as well as operational costs.
 The firm uses vehicles for conducting workshops in different areas so that the
students feel interesting and are keen to learn something new.
Recommendations
Hence, it can be recommended that the StoryBoard fund should take various new initiatives
so that they can fulfil their targets and goals with proper planning.
1. The storyboard project should focus on the college going students along with the
primary as well as the high school students. It is because they also have the urge to
learn something new by using their creative ideas.
2. It is also important that a good number of excellent authors and the writers should join
with the project as it will be easy to motivate the students to learn new kinds of thing
using their innovative ideas and views.
3. It can also be recommended that the idea of the storyboard bus should be used so that
the students can learn and connect with the new art of learning and develop new
creative skills
4. The creative thinking and writing should be promoted and encouraged by using
innovative techniques in the workshops.
5. The programs should focus more on developing new skills so that the students feel
encouraged to use their creative ideas. They will feel happy to read or write
something different in more creative ways.
6. The successful techniques should be used to encourage to students to improve and
prepare themselves for the better opportunities in the future.
7. The programs should also include the educators and the teachers the students should
be encouraged and rewarded for their creativity (Bach, 2013).
8. The workshops should be encouraging, inspiring, creative as well as effective in the
nature and the students should be provided with the learning materials too.
9. The volunteers should be reliable while fulfilling their responsibilities.
10. The results of the programs should be monitored and assessed while maintain short as
well as long-term financial stability.

It is to inform that StoryBoard is a small institution established and created by the famous
writers and author of the town. The reason to create this kind of institution is to encourage the

feel and happy to learn and develop creative writing style where they will be able to explain
their dreams and experiences and share them with the other fellow writers, students etc.
Another reason of running the project is to make the students more responsible about their
family, society and the country as whole. The students are motivated to learn new skills,

The firm is also working hard to attract and retain the more famous authors, teachers and the

However, the volunteers and the initiators are not able to help the students with better
innovative techniques so that the latter can work hard to improve themselves. The firm
cannot use the whole money for providing proper training as children have different
understanding and progressing levels. The project should be given special permission so that
it can move from one place to another in less time and provide better training and learning to
the students of different age groups.
So, it will be beneficial if the government declares the StoryBoard Project with more funding
so that both the financial as well as the expenses can be managed while providing better
training to the students.
