INTRODUCTION
In this report it will be described about a issue of a delivery which arrives late. Also, it will
be explained which stakeholders are involved in it and how needs of each stakeholder can be
addressed. In conclusion it will be discussed how this issue can be avoided in future.
MAIN PARAGRAPH 1
Here, a situation occurred in which a customer ordered a product from e commerce site. It
showed the delivery date of 10-20 -2020. But due to some reason the delivery was late by 5 days.
Thus, there are several stakeholders involved in it. this can be seen from power grid.

Customer- they were stakeholder involved as they are having high interest and power. Also,
customer ordered product from website.
Supplier- the stakeholder involved in issue as they were responsible for delivery of product on
time. they must deliver product on time (Eskerod. and Larsen, 2018)..
Manager- They are involved as his role is to fulfil customer needs and satisfy them. they develop
plans and strategies.
MAIN PARAGRAPH
It is necessary to fulfil needs of stakeholder so that this issue can be solved. This can be
done as follows
Customer- the needs will be addressed by giving compensation or refunding money back. They
can also be given same product in future.
Supplier- here, needs will be addressed by providing them more resources so that product are
delivered on time. also, more HR can be given to them to fulfil needs.

Manager – the need will be addressed by forming a policy and solving issues in effective way.
besides strategies will be developed as well.
CONCLUSION
This situation can be avoided by collecting info from supplier that how much time will be
taken to deliver. Thus, accordingly delivery date is e mail to customer. Also, if delivery is late
then prior message can be sent to customer. Moreover, more supplier can be added for delivery.
