Each of the group members have worked hard sothat the project should be best and we can get higher marks this semester. As a team, we faced lot of challenges as every individual has unique personality an differs in opinion to large extent. There was difference in opinion regarding the work segregation at the time ofdeciding upon who will research on what and how to plan with the overall group assignment. It was difficult for us to decide together how to manage such an assignment. After working together, we were able to built sense of trust and understanding among each other that made the work quite easy. My own contribution in this whole project was tocoordinate entire aspects. I was the team leader and I had lot of responsibilities that started from the first day to the end. I faced challenge to coordinate with my team in the initial stages and had no idea where to start with the project. With the help of my lecturer and seniors, I was told to plan first and then start with the work. I was quite impressed by my work as I received compliments from my colleagues that I managed entire things too well. There was still lot of loopholes that I could notice now and I am happy that we as a team have taught a lot of new things each single say while exploring the topic on DHL. The topic was related to understanding the buying behavior of small business selling fashion. Here, different components had been taken into consideration by using different theories on motivation, attitude, personality and classical conditioning.
