INTRODUCTION
Cardio vascular diseases are considered to be the leading cause of the mortality in the global
worldwide. As the heart disease and cancer have the combination as there is major level of
relationship between the various level of fitness along with psychical activity’s along with
developing effective level of health. This is the report which is mainly having the focus on their
cardio project health’s which have the performance of different task which is based on the
machine learning in reaction to differential information. ISS company is having the organizing
with the help of IT project manager in order to have performing of there various level of business
operation and function. The documentations have their proper level of description regrading the
life cycle of project phases along with developing kick off meeting for documentation purpose
and requirements needs. Furthermore, it will use project charters, shareholder register to
categorise into different manner.

Project manager is considered to be the process which s mapped into different groups along with
knowledge areas with having the performance if the varsity of differentiated task. On the other
hand, IT manager have the involvements in proper managing and implementation of projects
while having creation of the cardio health systems (Palmer-Trew and Taylor, 2019). This system
will be helpful in tracking their results by identifying the significant level of data test. This
proves have mainly the inclusion of the various modules along component which is supporting

will be performed of bring out the accurate results. This is the longest and time taking
process with inclusion of various resizes and equipment applied on it. Group of members
are utilised all procedures, templates and schedules. In this phase unexpected events and
situation can have major occurring.
 Monitoring and control- there is evaluation pf all task and metric which is needed to be
handle and approval in order to understand scope of projects with cardio health care. it is
having major support to have enhancing better level of facilities and treatments (Kerzner,
2019). There is proper monitoring of overall budget in order to have reduction in risk to
have comparison with actual performance with proper planning.
 Closing- As this last phase with documentations of report produced by project managers
which will consider as overall success for the project completion. This will be helpful in
handling deliverable to have providing of accurate result as or outcome.

This meeting is based on their first meeting with handling proper project teams along with client.
During the meeting, there is major focus on differentiae planning activity in order to provide
their better level of opportunity to have introduction of project members. The conducting of
kick-off meeting has consideration of internal and external stakeholders with interest of high-
level discussion to have communication with other. IT project manger have responsibility to
have sharing of information with clear defining of objective-

project objective, scope and various participants (Burke, 2017). The charter is been basically
prepared so that the role and responsibilities of the stakeholders can be analyzed and evaluated

to analyze the problems and find their ultimate solutions.
It will also help in analyzing the potential risk which is being related to the project. It also

Work break down structure can assist is one of the most effective technique in managing the
work as all the task related to the project are being divided in segments. Each individual in this i
been provided with the roles and reasonability that needs to be performed by them so that goals
and objectives related to project can be achieved (Munns and Bjeirmi, 2016.). This will assist
them in successful implementation of plan. It also helps in managing the task so that no
additional task will be required to complete the task. It will also assist in reducing the delays
which can be faced during the implementation of project. It will also support in achieving the
goals and objectives that has been related to project.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been analyzed that the numbered patients relate to the cardio
vascular problems has been increased. The implementation of project has number of risk that has
been associated with it such as financial, human resource. It has also been analyzed that the

This has assisted them in protecting the data. It has also been analyzed that this project has
