INTRODUCTION
Brexit is a shortened form of the terms "British" and "exit," invented to refer to the United
Kingdom's vote to abandon the European Union in a referendum on June 23, 2016. (EU). On
January 31, 2020, at 11 p.m. Greenwich Coming Months, the United Kingdom voted to leave the
European Union (Giammetti, Russo and Gallegati, 2020). The United Kingdom and the
European Union signed a tentative free-trade deal on December 24, 2020, ensuring that the two
countries would trade products without tariffs and quotas. Fortunately, core aspects of the future
building, including such market access that accounts for 80% of the UK economy remain
unclear. This averted a “no-deal” Brexit, which might have been disastrous for the National
market. This report based on the comparison between private and public sector after the Brexit
and how it impact on both sector. Along with provide recommendations for immigration system
on organisation.
