INTRODUCTION
For any organisation and businesses, environment matters a lot as it uses to analyse the
needs and wants of customers who are living in a industry and bring the changes in their
products and services so that they can satisfy the customers. To manage activities and
performance it is important for management to analysis the external and internal environment so
that new policies and planning can be formulated accordingly (Christodoulou and Cullinane,
2019). Business environment is the total or collection of internal and external factors such as

History and operation: This organisation was established in the year 1994 for the
purpose of operating a beef and lamb central meat packaging facility in Huntingdon. The aim of
