1 Executive Summary In this report, it has been summarised about the role of HR, marketing and its finance functional within organization, especially when generating interrelation between different functions. It has been explained the collaborative working practices in order to setup appropriate organizational culture or environment. However, It will analyse the different role of financial management and its overall business ownership. 2 Describe the role of HR and function within M&S Type of business Private – this type of business is owned by individuals and focused on the increase the driven by profit. For Example- Sole trader, freelancer writer contributes to written content and handle the business by owned. Public – this type of enterprise is owned by government and provide the better good or service for benefits of community (Priyadarshini,2020). It operates with money raised from different taxes. For Example- Proctor & Gamble is based on the public organization which are operates by government. Voluntary- this type of business is owned and run voluntarily by local communities. It is mainly focused on the human welfare, societies. For Example- World vision is a kind of charity enterprise which is mainly focused on the community welfare, providing better facilities and services. Responsibilities of Functional Unit Human resource department are performed the different function in which focus on the overall business growth and development. Recruiting and selecting the right candidate for particular job Maintain the effective working environment for staff members Establishing a good relationship with team members Providing the suitable benefits, compensation 3
