Executive Summary
This report discusses about the roles HR, marketing and finance in the organisation
which provide assists in operating the company for making profits. Along with this, it also
discusses about the culture and leadership styles the leader uses for managing their
employees as well as the financial documents that helps in analysing all the funds related
scenarios of the company.
It highlights that functional areas has a big role in smooth running of an organisation.
Without the funds, the organisation cannot operate in the market. The financial documents
provided by the finance department assists in analysing all the cash flows and assets of the
company. Also the culture of organisation helps in identifying work style of organisation and
the management/leadership adopted by the leader for motivating the employee to work.
