HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Different kind of enclosed artefact have been supported to the development of own
employability. Basically, it can be defined the artefact in different way to use modern
technology, which will provide the significant benefits of student.
 Developing authentic learning experience- student can use modern technology to provide
the real-world learning experience. It can use for them to utilise or develop employability
skill and gain more knowledge.
 Engage with employers, supervisors- it will be using the different online platform that can
help to engage with supervisors, taking advice regarding the employability. In this way, it
can help to identify and showcase their skills.
 Develop learning literacy- it can help for own ability to understand need or requirement
of business. sometimes, it will be implementing digital literacies in relation to
employability to find out the right skills. Furthermore, it needs to go away and enable
innovation.
