Interview :- An interview is also the one the best method of data collection. It involves
oral questioning of communicator, either it may be from individual or from a group.
Interviews are conducted in two degrees of flexibility:- High degree of flexibility and low
degree of flexibility. In interview process, answer to the questions, are recorded and may
written or may be combination of both by the interviewer. Interview includes these

Questionnaire:- The tool “questionnaire”, is a written form of collecting data from
individuals. In which the respondents have to answer the questions, which are mention
below in paper. It is assumed that the data is collected by this tool, is more accurate and
not copied. Because everyone write their own views and ideas. There are three types of
questionnaire are as:- structured questionnaire, unstructured questionnaire and semi-
structured questionnaire. Questionnaire is helpful in providing feedback from a large
number of students with their relevant experience. In this tools all parties have chance to
give feedback and it is also helpful in collecting data quickly.
Focus groups:- Focus groups are primary format of data collection methods. It is the type
of research in which everyone can give open ended thoughts and free to give feedback
on a particular thing. Participants of focus groups are involved in discussion with 6 to 12

overall organisational performance can be improved. Along with this, I have to perform some
rules and regulations so that overall performance of the firm can be improved in an efficient
manner.
For the Corporate social responsibility, it is necessary to identify the needs and demands
of the employees (Pak and Majd, 2011). So, for this an interview and observation methods are
necessary because being a manager I can identify the views of my staff members. Through these
kind of survey methods, higher authority will be able to achieve their sustainable objectives as
through this the overall performance of the enterprise can be improved. Further, AB Dynamics
Limited can provide benefits to their stakeholders in the form of the economical, environmental
and social.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that for any kind of project
management plan it is necessary for the higher authority to set an vision and mission. Through
this, executives will be able to make understand their staff members. In order to implement the
corporate social responsibility, the manager can use success criteria in order to identify their
performance. Along with this, they can use work division strategy in order to divide the work so
that overall performance can be improved. Further, AB Dynamics Limited can use
communication plan in order to communicate with their employees and customers.
