of an organization. The report talks about how well the stated organization is doing in terms of
performing it’s services. The chosen organization is St. John God health care situated in
Australia. The manager will be analysis the ability and performance of the organization. These
criteria are policy and Political environment, coordination and Organizational design ,
Leadership and teamwork financial resource utilization and method to and utilization of

Introduction
The field of healthcare management is expanding and so does the requirement for skilled
health manager. More and more people are entering in to the health care centre and making
career. Thus the qualities and skills that is required has needs to be of high quality (Danaher and
Tallan, 2016). It is also important for the manager to know how to an analysis the present health
organization. The ability to investigate according to the criteria is very effective in detecting the
affected areas of work (Delias, 2015). The 7 most critical skills that a health manager must have
to be a successful manager are -
Industry knowledge:- The health care industry can be very demanding it adds up new
skills daily .The manager needs to be upto date for any new technology added in the
health care industry. The knowledge is also very important as it helps the manager to
perform its duty perfectly.
Analytical skills: Able to understand the current rule and regulation and also able to train
the new joinees.
Communication skill: effectively able to communicate the rules and policies to other
health professional and also able to do the communicate the compliance to other.
Interpersonal skills: They should be good at interpersonal skills. They have to deal with
not only professional but also local crowd as patients. They should be able to
communicate properly to physician and patients.
Leadership skills: Should have the knowledge of hiring, motivating the staff and ability
to solve critical problems related to guidance.
