Introduction:
The aim of this report is to effectively elaborate the application of ICT in one of the
most efficient services industries such as in the banking industry. Followed by this, the paper
will also consist a detail elaboration on the hoe the application of cloud technologies as well
as the enterprise mainframe enhances the services of a bank sector. In order to support the
above mentioned discussion it will further discuss about core services which are offered by a
bank as well as will briefly discuss about the essentiality of security and privacy policies
related to the bank sector. Followed by this discussion it will then determine the necessity of
ICT in the bank sector as well as it will describe how the incorporation of the cloud
technology helps to enhance the services of the nominated industry. Considering the above
finding it will also expand the discussion by proposing the technological strategy which will
support the application of mainframe for more ICT workload type.
