INTRODUCTIONWithin hospitality industry food and beverage management plays significant role thatfocuses on providing quality and healthier food services to the customers and guests (Kyle andet. al., 2004). Therefore, within the establishment that is coffee shops and restaurant food andbeverages services are consider as effective customer services that contribute in overall successof the hospitality organization. The report generally focuses on renowned restaurant Harvesterthat provide fine dinning services to the people residing in the UK. Harvester is the subsidiarycompany of Mitchells & Butler and operates 230 outlets in the United Kingdom. However, thereport also assess the key management issues in food and beverage management that is relevantfor leisure, business and corporate industries. Furthermore, the report will also measures thetheories related with hospitality, food and beverage management.1. Brief Summary of Dining experienceHarvester is the known restaurant chain within the UK that focuses on providing qualitydinning services for family as well as friends so that individual who visits their place get satisfiedwith the services that restaurant provide to them (Jay, Loessner and Golden, 2008). As, customerI have preferred Harvester restaurant for having dining experience because it is a subsidiarycompany of Mitchell & Butler. Mitchell & Butler is the renowned restaurant in the UK thatprovide fine dining services and experiences to the customers and guests who visits theirrestaurant. However, the booking system is also effective customers through phone or visitingtheir page online can book the services and table of the restaurant (Horowitz and et. al., 2004).Therefore, this convenient booking system support me in choosing the services of Harvesterrestaurant. In addition to this, the drink and food services at Harvester restaurant was also quickthat result in serving hot food to the customers and guests. Lastly, the payment experience withinthe restaurant was also quite convenient as per the customers and guests. Individual can alsomake payment by cash or through enabling card payment for the food services. 2. How customer experiences is createdThrough evaluating my experience at Harvester restaurant I have come to know thatcustomer experience is created through providing them quality of dining services so that theymay have pleasant visits at the restaurant (Gootman, McGinnis and Kraak, 2006). With the helpof proper provision of customer services I can easily provide customer experience to them.3
